Fun Fact, I met Elliott Smith online in a chatroom. He would hang out with the same group of guys every day, and I roleplayed as a female bartender. I would send them beer emoticons and stuff. In around mid-2000 Elliott asked me to be his girlfriend. He thought I was 16. We dated for a year and a half, talking on MSN messenger. When I met a girl that I liked, I decided to break up with Elliott. In like July 2002 or so, MSN Messenger updated to include profile pictures. Out of no where, he messages me with a rhyming couplet (we would always start conversations with a poem), then updated his picture. I said 1 word: "ugly" and blocked him. My nickname was "shooting star".

It's alright but it's hard to tell because you're a little hushed even for this style, and likewise with the guitar. In other words you're recording for a phone or whatever. You drift in and out a little when the phrases get too long or key goes too high. Maybe try tuning your guitar down to E flat. Especially when you're just playing, I want to hear that part loud and clear, even if it gets dirtier or more raw, which probably works better. If you're hushed because you find singing out loud awkward, you only stand to get better by looking gay for a while
