I don't mind Early RHCP too much. Its not something I would personally choose to listen to, but like it isn't the worst. That being said they are a band that has an annoying fanbase. I think it's funny that RYM and modern /mu/ hate them so much. They were like a staple of music for over a decade.

Suck My Kiss is good, and you didn't even mention Give It Away. Anyway I'm not saying every single song of theirs is amazing but I think they've had a great career which has produced a lot of good songs.

i only like the other side and californication maybe bc it captured the 90s zeitgeist but i admit they are not great
