hi! i always thought it would be interesting if people created animations from songs to transmit what they make them feel like.i decided to do it myself with the first crystal castles album, because the music is video-game like, has strong beats and the lyrics are confusing. i'd like to mix the circus, the sea, alien and alice in wonderland in the aesthetics. it would present topics like human trafficking, drugs, madness and losing loved ones in an abstract way.i came up with a storyline I find interesting, characters and a script for every song. i am not the best at drawing so it would be pretty rustic. is this legal? can i upload it on YouTube?does anyone has any ideas or suggestions to make it cooler? has anyone done something like this?i'll just draw it on Procreate, edit with a video editor and add effects (might turn out like absolute shit but will be fun to do).which album would you do this with if you did it? it would be so cool if other people did this too.
