good thread.what would you call the original Mario Kart for SNES soundtrack? funky jazz? heard a japanese woman made the entire thing. easily my most remembered and quotable melodies from any classic game.and yes i would stay on the opening 'dossier' select screen on Goldeneye and become entranced. i actually recorded that and the Facility level track on a portable tape player so i could listen to it on my walkman. heading to school in the cold winter felt surreal with these cold icy sounds.
