>kinda like korn as a kid>spend my 20s avoiding them thinking its shit>listen to picrel in my 30s>its actually really goodThese guys get unfairly compared to Limp Bizkit
I got that album when i was maybe 14 and remember blasting it in my room and jumping. I still like it. I never hated nu metal
>>130894862Korn's debut is flawless, shining example of a debut album being a band best album, don't like picrel that much
Life is Peachy was the last good nu metal album they madeIssues was the last good pop album they madego check ou L.D. 50 by Mudvayne and S.C.I.E.N.C.E. by Incubus for much better bass-driven nu metal
>>130894862Great band from their beginnings to recent times. With an artistic vision, creative juice, everything that makes a band memorable. It's doesn't always land but when it does it's objectively quality metal. But yeah, we grow out of it sometime.
>>130894862Life is Peachy is a fucking great album
>>130894974old fans hated untouchables because the production actually became decent at that point, which posers will say means they sold out and lost their soul, but in the end all i'm getting from that complaint is that they hate quality
They came out swinging with their debut but after that they were never able to be consistent. Great hugely impactful musicians. Limp Bizkit similarity praked with their debut, but they were never quite as good
