Best OM album is God is Good, the opening track Thebes could have easily been twice as long and encompassed the entire album a la dopesmoker.

Emil Amos continued making music with his other projects like Grails and Holy Sons -also had a podcast- but did Al just turn into a hermit? I need me some extra Cisneros basslines in my life. the music is fine, he can play the bass his way very good but fuck me are those droning stoned vocals bad. i've been listening to om for years and most tracks fall completely due to the vocals. especially the newer stuff where it isnt as distorted. Variations on a Theme is a great OM album cause it's fuzzed out to shit
