It's supposed to operate on a case by case basis and currently there's a flag on this demo but not Suicidal Emotions. Iirc, the only reason they even have the flags to begin with is to comply with Kraut censorship laws so the site can operate in Germany, so you go by the content of each individual release.
Personally I think it would be funny if every Burzum release had a chud filter but that's not really what the flag system is for anyways.
