Well, The Fall always incorporated elements of dance/electronic music since 1985 (see the song LA or Hit The North) and with records like Infotainment Scan, Marshall Suite or The Unutterable but this collaboration with Mouse On Mars is 100% electronic. Its great, it's like Mes dexterity at the mic elevate the music which is great too. Again, its not like an homage but more like a logical consequence of the rhythm oriented approach of The Fall: this record is rhythm oriented not thanks to a guitar/drum/bass but techno/electro/2 step and the like
To this day it's probably still one of the very few successful examples of a rock/pop musician making a serious, authentic go of country music.
