The complete suppression of studio chatter, even to the point of fading out tracks prematurely, is so bizarre. Ironically it's less faithful to Paul's original vision than either Spector's Let It Be or Glyn Johns' Get Back. I think Spector hit the right balance.

But I grew up with original and if I want to listen to it, im putting that on 9/10 times, with my sole exception being the single version of Let it Be having the vastly superior solo. Paul can whine about muh vision but he also made Pipes of Peace so sometimes hes just fucking wrong
