/mu/‘s opinion on the horrors?
which one is andy syxx?
>>131097475literally who?
They've always been interesting, but I've never loved them, though some of their shoegaze stuff is legitimately great. They were unique when they first came out because they looked like an emo-pop/scene band, but they sounded like a garage rock revival band, and their biggest influence was clearly the noise rock/deathrock band The Birthday Party.
>>131097475Really like them but the bassist - huge part of their sound - got replaced with a chick.
>>131097475they got better with each album. i thought they were jerk offs when they first came out, i'm not gonna lie. primary colours, skying and v are fantastic. i need to listen to the new album.
They look like massive fags but the music was pretty good and original for the scene it came out of aka one of the more interesting bands to come out of NMEcore/ landfill indie
they look gay and retarded
I like this video. The music is gash though.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qqo3yR109wE
strongly recommend people not to listen to the new album
>>131097839loluh- i mean: powerful!
>>131097475I stopped listening to them after Primary Colours (I can still vividly remember getting my dick sucked by a bipolar arthoe cutie with New Ice Age playing in the next room at a house party circa 2010) and basically forgot they existed for an entire decade until I chanced upon the two EPs they released in 2021 which made me realise how fucking cool they still were. Haven't heard their new album though.
>>131097475Their new album was underrated
>>131097475what is this thing
>>131097475naahhhh nigga they let coconut head join?
>>131098101lol just looked them up and the music sounds the same way
>>131097475They peaked on Mighty Boosh when they backed Sammy the Crabhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eZheJOP2mZs
>>131098101TPBP Emo/scene was always so fucking gay in the worse way. At least back in the 70s/80s musicians were gay in a cool sort of way.
