I own a white guitar, the body paint stayed white over the like 20 years I have owned it but the white headstock turned yellow in a quite short amount of years. I don't think smoking is enough to turn a varnished painted guitar completely yellow like UV light does through varnish. Might not even be the paint that yellows but the varnish.I don't know it's not my job I could be wrong about everything.
