just get a boss dd7, it's got reverse delay. so does that green line 6 delay pedal i think. which one do you want, that danelectro one? kevin shields used a yamaha digital rack unit from the late 80's or early 90's, almost any modern digital delay with a reverse setting will do the exact same sound
>>

>>
>>131214562
>reverb
i didn't read your post right, i thought you were talking about delay. that's still going to be a digital pedal, when it comes to digital there's not really a reason to have a pedal. the ones and zeros that little box is running are no different than the ones and zeros running on a laptop. i'm sure there's an amp sim with a pedal that does the same thing
>>
Zoom multistomp is the best way to get reverse reverb.

You can one of these and it will have it, or you can get the MS-50G and use the free windows editor to add the missing effects.

Hardest thing I ever learned on guitar was that playing complex stuff just because you can is career suicide. Things like secondary dominants and out-of-key scales and melodies only impress other musicians and they are so bitter and self-centered that they'll either blackball you from the industry or the audience won't come to see you again. People want music that is easy to listen to or hum and has a great rhythm (generally simple) and that's only getting worse with time. Take a look at bands like Sleep Token where there are practically no chord changes, no melodies, and hardly any lyrics. It's great to want to seek knowledge and technique but heed my words and keep the demonstrations to yourself.

look ik other anon is being mean about it but honestly it will sound awful. if you wanted a classical it's gonna be not the tone you had in mind at all.
you could get a much nicer sounding guitar used. it's made of laminate (plywood) and finished in polyurethane (thick plastic) so it's not gonna be very resonant and will be very trebly with not much bass. you want something made of wood and with a traditional french polish finish, will be easy to find a used one.
if you really think you like it at least go try it out in person

>>
>>131218996
>honestly i kind of hate cordoba now after seeing they're tryna fleece people like that
EVERY guitar company that sells acoustic says "laminate" instead of plywood.
Regardless, if you want a cheap guitar to start out, or not care about taking good care of it, then it's a lot cheaper than an all wood even if it doesn't sound as good.
It's not bad to have instruments more accessible to people, cheaper options should exist.

have you checked that your neck isn't just deformed because shimming is only useful for a very specific set of circumstances. and if you really gotta do it you should at least use a wooden full pocket shim

depends on the guitar, its finish, and the specific oil

i was lowering the saddles to get the action lower, and it started buzzing so i stuffed the card in, and now the action kinda low, but i cant play high up the neck cuz the strings are buzzing bad, but fuck it. playing high up the neck is feminine anyway. high e string was just unsalvagable too, i think the cheap ass frets on my squier are uneven. so i had to rip it out. now its a 5 string.
>>
point of diminishing returns for electric is $2000, $4000 for acoustic
>>
>>131220076
bro unless your frets have been precision leveled you can only go so low with the action on a guitar. even then if it’s so low just the string moving will cause fret buzz

you do not know what you are doing. please read that book
there is a specific order you have to do stuff in order to not just fuck shit up worse
start by diagnosing your neck and checking if it's perfectly straight. if you don't do that, you will just be leveling the frets on a warped surface which is not gonna achieve anything
just read the book it's very simple and explains everything

sure it's one way to learn but like... there's a less expensive way lol. im sorry anon hopefully you can source a new screw easy enough
should still be able to remove the old one if you remove all the string/spring tension and then use like a rubber glove between the screw and the screwdriver to get better grip
