Weird considering how the other neighbouring countries have at least some interesting musicians, popular or obscure, but Paraguay? They got nothing. Laos is another basketcase, absolutely mogged by Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam. Slovakia has done terribly compared to similar countries. China is the obvious one, India at least has all the ragas which are great, but population wise China is underperforming terribly. Dare I say modern French popular music, 1950 onwards has been completely mogged by Germany and obviously the UK?
