That first year They Cage the Elephant was popular I saw them at X-fest. That first “big” song of theirs had a lot of fast talking in it and the lead singer was so unbelievably fucking drunk he couldn’t even slur the words out into anything intelligible. After maybe 4 attempted lines he just got his mic cut and the band played him off stage. I didn’t give a fuck about them so I just lmao’d while I ate an overpriced pretzel. Later some dickface knocked that pretzel out of my hand for no reason because The Sick Puppies were playing “You’re Going Down” and he wanted to fight I guess.
I am autistic so I just turned around and went to buy another pretzel.
