>>131225427Well, there's Johnny Rebel who always had a sense of cheer in his voice.If you want something else that isn't particularly heavy or angry, I'd recommend Fashwave as a genre especially Storm King.If you like heavy music that sounds cheerful and happy but still kinda angry, I'd recommend Циpюльня [Tsyrulnia] or Ultima Thule. Sturmwehr has a couple albums that sound very triumphant and joyous, particularly Europa brennt!.If you like Punk, I'd recommend Cross (Canada), Chauves Pourris or Evil Skins. No Remorse under Paul Burnley also had a slight sense of humor to them. And then, there's The People Haters. Don't expect anything more than the sort of comedy that appeals to shock jock fans.

Black musicians have made music about the experience of being black that covers pretty much every existing emotion, but most of that probably doesn't necessarily count as "black power music" in the same way that a song about a "white experience" like China Girl by Iggy Pop isn't a "white power song".
