I think guitar is cool too because of how much direct control the player has over the strings. Guitar is more expressive, piano has a higher ceiling for complexity. Guitar is more of a right brain instrument while piano is left brain, I think they are tied at the top. t. piano/keyboardist.

Wide range of tones and timbres. Plays across three octaves. Can play solo, accompany others, or accompany itself while you also sing at the same time. Extremely light and compact. More expressive than a piano. Really almost a mini orchestra in the right hands. Pretty much just the superior instrument.
