I do think there's something wrong with going for an intentionally sexy aesthetic and then making a fuss about how people relate to your gender - you've put womanhood front and center as a novelty, haven't you? Plus Doom is already the sub genre of Metal that's most amenable to women and especially women vocalists with acts like Electric Wizard, who have a woman second guitar, Acid King's frontwoman, Thorrs Hammer, etc etc. She'd have had a much less friendly time breaking into the grindcore scene or something, Doom listeners are all too stoned to have strong opinions about booby-Americans
