This dude was the bass tech, took over when Dusty died. He got a Chinese bass as a gag, played it once on a gig and now people demand it, because that's kinda become their legacy. It's a cheap copy of Jared Dines 18 string guitar, the knockoff even has the initials JD on the 12th fret. It's basic blues rock. It's not bad, but the gimmick is a huge part of the appeal. If blues is actually your thing, there's way better. But for most people, ZZ'd blues rock is the most digestible version.
