It was clearly started with the intention of taking the D-Man down, but in the course of their investigation they found that the most high-profile instance of abuse was Drake Bell's grooming and molestation by Brian Peck (no relation to Josh), and he repeatedly states during his interview footage that Dan Schneider was basically the only person in the industry who chose to support him through Peck's trial and to get mental health help afterwards.But yes, my implication here is that whatever real monsters are hiding behind the scenes of the Disney/Nickeloden teen idol mill couldn't get their hands on VJ's VJ.

Who knows, he's creepy as fuck and supposedly an absolute asshole if he's against you, but can only really go by what being publicly shown until hear/see things that can prove anything else.
