I hate I get recommended these recordings by Asian musicians on my streaming service that when I look up, there aren't any reviews or even articles about them anywhere (I assume at least not in English), yet the recording is published by Decca or DG so it has the veneer of credibility and quality, so I'm left wondering whether to spend the time listening or not. Most often I decide not to.

Not that I need to be told what to think, but it's more with the endless amount of recordings out there, if I'm gonna spend time on something, I wanna make sure it's the real deal and not something by some random bum. I don't know, maybe he's big in Asia. I hear classical music and the recording market has taken off in China.

I guess it might be time I finally learn to appreciate Mozart's piano concertos. Are all of them good or just 19/17 and up?

I <3 you, MahoAnon, but you did forget the subject line, and that's a fatal, inexcusable error. Better luck next time.

I think starting a thread war is worse than missing the subject line desu.
