What I am wondering is: why are people not creating original content on this board anymore? Back in the days /mu/ was so interesting because it had an huge impact on internet culture which can still be seen to this day with its vast flow of original content creations. Right now and everytime I look on this board I do not see a single creative, interactive thread with a sort of "game" to create OC. Like when was the last time we just came together and created something like pic related or our own album on bandcamp?

Many threads depend on a good OP whos active, like the mosaics that I'm posting. I hosted those mosaic threads 3 or 4 times in the past and it was days of active work for multiple hours a day. Same with "/mu/ creates an album" threads which depended hugely on super active OPs. It was usually the same person every time anyway. Maybe some of the easier ones like the MS paint threads where people just guess drawings of album covers would be a quick thing, but I'm very sure this would die with max 2 replies because people are too lazy to even open MS paint now. And our legendary flowcharts? Those also had people who took it into their hands. So maybe it's just that the generation who knew how to do those things is now too old with jobs, wifes and kids while the new gen doesn't even have photoshop installed idk.
