which way, /mu/?

Frances The Mute or ITAOTS would've been better choices to compare with Corea, but I get where you're going to.For me it's 7 Km, more exciting and just as well thought as Spiderland all around.
>>131488466only good song is breadcrumb trail
>>131488466Haven't heard the one in the right, is it good?>>131488567Washer and Good Morning Captain are better
>>131488466Right offers an arguably wider array of dynamics and emotion.Left is more techically impressive and influential to alternative music as a whole. I'll take right. Spiderland is good, but nothing makes me feel so many things at once so intensely as much as 7km
>>131488588Yeah, it's good. Los Peores 7 km De Mi Vida. Far harsher and noisier than Spiderland.
>>131488466Why do you insist in comparing these two albums? Spiderland will always be superior you delusional zoomie
>anons picking spiderland don't bother to explain why it's superior>anons picking 7 km give arguments for why they prefer it instead
>>131496252yea spiderland enjoyers aren't as insecure, and right should be compared to emoshit or whatever
Jack Harlow is an actual pretentious fuck but you would never know it from listening to his music
>>131496275Spiderland fits more into the emo scene than 7 km, which has zero ballads in comparison, cope harder.
>>131496754>he thinks the low bpm songs in spiderland are "ballads"must be hard being this low iq, no wonder you wank over shitty saetia clones and compare it to unrelated bands
>>131488466Spiderland. I love its guitar tone, i love how the hypnotic drumming works with the quiet dynamics and how cathartic the distortion becomes on each climax
>>131496766Don Aman and Washer are ballads, even For Dinner could be one if it had lyrics.
why even compare these? really polar opposite approaches and rebuttals to hardcore. i've shaken david pajo's hand, but prefer music that sounds more like corea nowadays. slint is vastly more popular and revered disproportionately in the present day to the influence they had on contemporaries. oh well, spiderland is still good
>>131497215love both releases and can understand the similarities, but it's not a fair competition: slint already had a debut and spiderland, while not selling well, did enough to make a bunch of artists getting inspired by it; corea in the other hand were literally nobodies and only 200 copies of their debut album were made, nobody heard about them until like 2 years ago when they started to get posted here and then in rym
>>131498059>2 yearsBeen way longer than that. I got into them from here, and my download of the album is from October 2016.>>131497215You have been baited. But anyway I agree they're too different to compare like this, though on the flip side there's probably a big overlap between fans of both.
Spiderland > Los Peores 7 Peores Km De Mi Vida > Quien Encuentra A La Madre Conoce A Los Hijos > TweezSlint is the better band, but I prefer Corea simply because they trolled most of their pretentious fanbase after decades of praise, and for that fact alone they became fucking legends in my book.
>>131498239>Been way longer than that.ok, some people knew them, but their boom came somewhere around that time. they even uploaded their music in streaming and talked about a reunion because of this
>>131488466>Los Peores 7 km De Mi VidaIt's just noise
>>131499742Did you only listen to the first 2 minutes?
>>131488466Neither, Nirvana
