>watching University Challenge>it's a Music round>it's fucking Classical again
How often do you think it is? I'd guess around 80% of the time it's classical.
>>131512282yeah it's pretty posh when music is concerned although they do have mid 20th century rock and stuff at times
>>131511978>watch higher education competition>get mad when questions involve higher culture
>>131515370Yeah this. What are they supposed to ask? Who did Ariana Grande date in the summer of 2018?
>>131515378... Nick Jonas?
>>131515393No, it was Pete Davidson. It's lamentable you didn't know that. You barbarians!
>>131515396>lamentableheh
>>131515378No, obviously OP wants questions about which violent crime their favorite trap artist committed, or which digital marketing firm their latest flavor-of-the-month /mu/core RYMcore industry plant hired to manufacture their viral moment.
>>131515407>which violent crime their favorite trap artist committed*BZZZZZZZZZZZ*Uhh... Travis Scott faced manslaughter allegations...>which digital marketing firm their latest flavor-of-the-month /mu/core RYMcore industry plant hired to manufacture their viral moment.*BZZZZZZZZZZZ*Sorry I pressed the buzzer by mistake...
>>131515344Rock is corny shi
>>131515378Kek. If you're going to have rigorous questions about science, maths, history, politics, literature, etc., then you should get the musical equivalent. And they're not even hard questions; half the time it's a listening round with extremely famous pieces, and they still don't get them. It shows how shit education has become. If you want questions about Death Grips, Geese or whatever the fuck instead of a late Beethoven quartet, that's like asking "what is photosynthesis?" or "what is 2 x 2?".
>watching University Challenge>it's a Math round>it's fucking Calculus again
>>131515452A lot of the maths questions are rather silly, like which coming year will be a prime number or shit like that.
>>131515467Never watched it. That's pretty stupid.
>>131515438>muh educationOr maybe classical music isnt as important as youd like
>>131515490You're retarded, kys.
>>131515490>the zoomer who doesn't know how to use punctuation is feeling intellectual insecurity after being unable to answer music questions on British jeopardy
>>131515490I don't care what's "important" to the retarded masses. It's in reference to a university quiz where advanced knowledge is expected, so I don't know what the point of your post is, and I'm sure you don't either.
