How would you rate Low's discography?

only found out about the band yesterday. i'm listening to the album trust, think i didn't like it much. might as well listen to an audiobook if i'm gonna hear the vocalist singing lazily.
Made this a while ago, and it's probably still accurate. I don't remember a good chunk of the lower half of the list offhand, and honestly I would debate putting Ones and Sixes in A, but it's more like a B+. Double Negative is straight up one of my all-time favorite albums though.
>>131531113Low's dedication to minimalism is what makes them standout. I don't know why Scaruffi is suddenly so hard up on Trust, but definitely start with the earlier shit. Just know that the last handful of albums get way out there using distortion as an aesthetic, it was actually crazy to see a band 10+ albums into their career still experiment like that.
