It's pretty rare to find stuff that you won't find on the sites that everyone knows of, not many are sharing their own rips. Ironically enough rarities like first pressings of certain vinyl you will find on prívate trackers which are run by closeted homosexual boomers of the internet and they're "invitation only". Many good trackers died off because of such goofy pactice but those old cocksuckers insist on keeping that retarded thing.

it's just a convenient and based way to do file sharing, you may find some really niche stuff by browsing users. Soulseek is great never had any problems with it just remember to be safe with what you download. (For FLAC collectors I have heard it has some amount of transcode issues so I've heard a few people say they prefer rutracker for this reason)
