Good morninghttps://m.youtube.com/watch?v=TZY_TtkXhjkI HATE morning
I actually like SPC ECO more than Curve
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CgCizdjqbIQ>>131697190love basically anything Whirr puts out, main takeaway is i love the production of the new songs, matches their Eyes Wide Shut nocturnal thing more closely than the sound on Raw Blue i think. hope they follow this production if they make more music. Luster is whatever, not bad but wouldn't seek it out
>>131697154A comfy shoegaze thread just in time for fall :)

>>131697154Awww yeah >fuzzy guitars>distant female vocals>slow beatYuuuuup
>>131699740It has been written. Amen
>>131699893Dean Garcia is a talented musician. He was the Eurythmics touring bassist. It was Dave Stewart who introduced Toni Halliday and Dean.I'm with you though. SPC ECO & Curve both make great music. Hard to choose.
>>131697154Is Medicine the best American shoegaze band?

>tfw lsd and the search for god will never have a new release and will only just tour with that guy from Telescope
>>131702387Seen them 2x, they're greatAlex's artsy nudes are harder to find on the internet these days
>>131704618They have maybe 5 great songsYes
>>131704630I'm a little mad I didn't get to see them a few weeks backThey played a fairly small room here in the Twin Cities; the show sold out very quickly & secondhand tickets were extortionate. I guess they've garnered some fans from Tiktok? Not only did I want to see LSD, but they were touring with Total Wife and I really want to see them, they kick ass
>>131706611"alex gehring fapello" boom there ya golove this track https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RImnCD6_5f4
Every shoegaze album has one really poppy song, one song that goes from happy pop to heavy guitar and one song completely out of place
>>131697154https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bw3O4teWDgQName a better shoegaze song made since. (Starting Over doesn't count)

Straight up thought this was Kevin on that Nothing album >>131711097
Any of their other albums worth listening?
>>131713405The first and second as albums are pretty great psychedelic, spacey noise rock and I think are both better than Lapsed by a bit. Amanita is my favorite one and has more of a stoned acid rock sound. Check out the track: Be A Fish
