They seem to have run out of steam in recent years, and just be legacy acts now.Even back in the day I preferred Kistuné, though they do have some classics of course

>>131699102I grew up with it. Went to lots of parties starting in 2011.10 years anniversary, 20 years anniversary. They even did a joint party with Boys Noize Records where there was one scene per label. Imagine having Mr Oizo on one side and Boys Noize on the other and having to choose between the two.But French electronic music isn't just Ed Banger Records.You had Bromance with Gesaffelstein, Club Cheval and Brodinski. That label even launched The Blaze.Record Makers with Sebastien Tellier and Kavinsky.Kitsuné were also a mainstay back then with their Compilations.But nowadays it's just Justice (we're still waiting on the latest Live Album) and Pedro pushing their latest signee, Tatyana Jane. Somehow this girl who was a nobody up to a few years ago has remixed the Justice x Angèle collab, did lots of B2B with Boombass (Cassius) and even did a remix of Go Up. She's also friends with Skrillex and a collab could be in the tubes.We've been told a new SebastiAn album was coming, a new Mr Oizo project too (if he even has any time to do music now that he's shooting 3 movies a year) and as mentionned earlier a new Justice Live Album.Also Busy P got recruited by Because Music for a key position, so besides touring as a DJ and announcing things that never come, Ed Banger as a label is not doing much these days.
