I don't normally listen to video game music but after finishing the game I've found myself listening through this as if it were just a regular album. Even if you don't intend on playing the game I'd recommend giving it a listen

>>131714695I would describe the game as a very solid whole that messes up on a lot of the smaller details. The soundtrack is fantastic, the story is great, and the core gameplay is extremely solid but there are a lot of flaws in the little details you (or at least I) notice over the course of the game that add up over time. The game has a crafting/resoruce gathering component in it that feels entirely unnecessary, despite being a metroidvania the game is actually rather linear, most of the sidequests just amount to fetch quests and aren't super interesting from a gameplay perspective (though I do like them narratively). There are also a couple of moments in the story that feel like they're rushed through much too fast.I think the game is great but there are enough things about it that bothered me that I couldn't fault someone for having a much lower opinion of it than I do. It's only $5 on Steam right now so I'd say if you're interested give it a try
