One is influenced by the anti war film Johnny Got His Gun, which they own the film rights for because they use clips from the film. I kinda agree with Hetfield on this. I enjoy political music but artists stopping the show to give a lecture kills the mood even if I agree with the politics. Let the music do the talking. I went to a small hardcore punk show recently and they did an entire thing on the Cornell rape situation like mate I have internet I know what's going on, shut up you aren't adding anything new to the conversation.
