buy a bike
buy a helmet
go to a parking lot late at night where no one can see you
just get on and peddle

Start on flat grass to avoid abrasion and to cushion the impact if you fall. The slower you go, the harder it is to balance. Starting to move is the hardest part.

Do americans really?

Single principle to remember: bikes remain stable by moving forward.

It raises a good question: are their training wheels for adult bikes? Could their be auto ones that retract/deploy for two wheel attempts? Bikes should all be reverse trike anyway.

just get a small enough bike (like a bmx) so both your feet can comfortably reach the ground and if you lose balance you just put your feet down
then ride slowly on a flat surface until you get the hang of it
once you are comfortable riding at good speed on the small bike you can get a better bike that fits you

My father taught me how to ride a bike it I don’t think I ever went on a single ride with him. Is it fatherless if you father never taught you how to drive a car? Because mine didn’t
>>
First off OP, since you obviously are a giant faggot, I’d start by removing the bike seat and swapping it out with a dildo instead. This will help link you to the bike, making you move as one unit. Plus, after apparently wearing a helmet your whole life (without ever touching a bike), you should already be used to falling over, getting hurt while throwing a tardish shit-fit.. so i doubt it's gonna feel out of place when bike bucks you from being properly seated.

ur the natural born cyclist OP, you just don't know your hidden talent yet.. all cyclists are retarded faggots.

"A retired Navy SEAL and Gulf War veteran was riding his bicycle along Massachusetts Avenue in Bethesda early Friday morning when he was hit by a car and killed.

Timothy Holden, 64, was riding eastbound on Massachusetts Avenue near Osceola Road, just blocks from his home, about 6:15 a.m. Friday when he was hit by a Chevrolet Malibu, Montgomery County Police said.

The decorated veteran and father to five daughters died on the scene.

....."I certainly couldn't keep up him him," Peter Holden said. "I always felt like he was invincible."

>Is it fatherless if you father never taught you how to drive a car?
if he didnt know how to drive himself or did not have access to a car in your childhood it doesnt count either way. even if he somehow managed to by reading you drivers manuals as bedtime stories or forcing you to play Gran Turismo The Professional Understeer Simulator 7 hours a day it doesnt make him more fatherful or you less fatherless

My dad taught me how to ride at 4 and I've been a cyclopath since. Later he taught me how to ride a motorcycle. He also taught me how to wrench. I ride a bike every day for over 30 years. We've never gone on a ride together

Do schools in America not give mandatory biking and road safety lessons? I remember we had that in 3rd grade and were given a "bike card" which is like a driver's license. You were not permitted as a child below the age of 16 to ride without it.

Once I was biking with my young son and some pig cop pulled us over and was like "do you know why I pulled you over?" and I was preparing to explain to the kid later that as soon as you stick your neck out an inch some cocksucker is right there to knock you down but then she said "because you're wearing a helmet, good work" and then she wrote him a ticket for a free ice cream cone.

Still pretty condescending. Was she recording for TikTok?
>>
>>2074535
Doubtful, it was at least 10 years ago. It was a good act on her part, I aint mad, just a little surprised she would troll people like that.

no.
next question
>>
>>2074419
no. and no such thing in canada too. i dont think mexico does it either. though in grade school often a cop will visit a classroom and give a general "don't be an asshole on the street" lecture and it usually includes biking etiquette
