Since cycling makes people more prone to violence and irrational behaviour, should cycling and the ownership of bicycles been outlawed all together, or should it just be more highly controlled? Like you have to have a license to ride, and bikes must be equipped with license plates so criminals can more easily be tracked down and apprehended after they violently attack someone or cause an accident.
