This is some actual Fallout looking stuff
Should've got Raymond Loewy to do the design work.
Cool design but it was underpowered and the coaches were repurposed GM bus bodies that rode rough on Talgo style wheels. The only good thing from the Aerotrain was it inspired smaller versions that ran at parks and zoos for decades.

>>2078450Nah, Fallout is more like this.
>>2078705That's an unforgivably ugly caboose
GM also made a couple of switch engines in the same style, GMDH-1 and GMDH-3
>>2079521sick
>>2078450Ironically, the abandoned locomotives you see in Fallout New Vegas more closely resemble the Fairbanks-Morse Diesel Electric
>>2079549Looks more like an E8 or E9 with extra portholes
>>2078705is that four wheels per car? must have rode like shit
>>2079521IIRC the aerotrain is just a switcher engine with an aluminum body plopped on top so that picrel is closer to the original product
>>2078450Someone should make an RV that's shaped like that.
>>2079588it apparently did ride like shit, which is why it was never popular.
>>2079618Pretty much. The powered truck is basically a prototype of the Flexicoil which was then introduced new on the SW-1200 as an option instead of the standard AAR trucks.
