I don't mean to sound retarded , anons , but please help me , i have bought a new bike for the first time of my life , im 28 years old , i have never rode a bicycle in my life , and im keeping the bike inside my apartment , and for some reason , i can't bring myself to actually take it out and start training because i tried only one time and it felt too difficult , i already have difficulty balancing myself while walking and this feels fucking impossible , also there are nobody to train me so i need to do it all and learn to teach myself , but it really feels too difficult .
can someone tell me just how to start ? i need hints from actual people because youtube videos sounds more like people who wants to tell me they can ride bikes , they doesn't take in consideration the begginer's ignorance , so these videos didn't make sense.
pic related is my bike.

doesn't balance , you people make it sound so easy.

Go faster, bikes are self balancing but it needs speed to self balance, be braver anon you got this

Sadly it's mostly this OP. It takes bike handling skill to go at a snails pace or - on average - remain in one spot. Going fast is relatively easy.

>How
I don't remember how I leanrned to ride a bike but when I think about how I'd do it now I would probably try the following (everyone please discuss it if there is flaws):
Find a long slight decline. Nothing that scares you, you won't learn if youre scared. Adjust the saddle so that you can comfortably reach the ground with both feet flat, this is 'wrong' for saddle adjustment but you're not riding yet. Get on, sit on the saddle, relax and lift your feet enough to take off and for the bike to be able to slightly lean. Grab the brake and put your feet back down when you feel things are going wrong. Repeat this often, nite the time soent rolling or distance covered and try to beat that.
There is no knowledge that will help you. Instead you need to develop a subconscious pattern. Just do it repetitively and your brain will make the connection between your input and how the bike behaves.
Once you can do that for a few meters and relatively straight try in a flat spot and pedal. Your brain will again subconsciously figure what to do to counteract peadlling forces and keeo everything upright and straight.
It will soon become an automatism you need to pay no attention to.

The bicycle is literally the most common/most popular vehicle on Earth. They are made for humans to ride them. Don't give up anon, you CAN ride!

Good advice
Don’t give up OP. The bicycle is self stabilizing and will make up for your issues with balance.

>care to explain further
I've said it before above but I want to reiterate:
Do not think about it. Do not read about it. Your kuscle memory does not care about the physics. It is a subconscious process, just do it and track progress. A person who can cycle is probably more likely to fuck up if they tried to consciously steer as to when they tried to just 'go somewhere' and their subconscious does the rest.
