I've ridden 2, the S18 and then upgraded to the F18 you posted, about 4000 miles so far after starting in December. My experience is they're indescribably fun and can be very practical compared to bikes or other forms of transportation.

Some pros:
- can easily be put into a car
- safer than a scooter/eskateboard past a certain speed
- people worry about potholes but my F18 suspension has no issue with them so far up to 40mph, the highest I've gone is about 45mph
- most businesses will let you walk with them inside
- typically more performance than ebikes/scooters etc. for the same price

Cons:
- the risk of a cutout. it's only likely to happen if you push it too hard or buy a Begode. get a wheel with more speed than you need
- more protection needed vs a bike
- if you lose control at high speed without a tether, your wheel could go flying off and hit something and likely tumble around totaling itself
