Since the presidency can't just print money from nothing because Congress controls the purse strings, they've figured out a work around for dumping money into corporations. The presidency slaps on tariffs. Corporations use the widely publicized tariffs to jack up prices without losing as many customers as they normally would. SCOTUS knocks shit down. The tariff money gets paid back meaning a giant corporate payoff that gridlock in Congress can't block. Prices stay high afterward. And as an added bonus, smaller companies get driven out of business and scooped up by larger ones.

It's the perfect storm of right wing policy initiatives. For a small period of increased costs that are getting passed onto consumers anyway corporations get a giant bailout, a higher price floor, and less competition, and the presidency is doing all that with stroke of a pen.
