President Trump’s attorney filed an emergency motion Wednesday seeking to block the BBC from obtaining financial records linked to his trust.

The British broadcaster received approval from a judge late last month to probe the president’s financial documents after Trump claimed he experienced losses due to an episode of the company’s “Panorama” series titled “Trump: A Second Chance?”

In the footage, the BBC strung together three separate portions of a speech from Trump to make it look as if he encouraged a violent attack on the Capitol.

“The BBC’s improperly broad subpoena demands the Trust’s confidential tax, ownership, and financial records for approximately 400 entities,” Trump’s attorney Alejandro Brito wrote in the legal filing.

“Once the Trust were to begin handing those records over to the BBC, that disclosure could not be undone, and the Trust’s pending objections could not restore what the BBC will already have seen,” Brito added.

If the emergency motion is not approved, the BBC would be granted insight on Trump’s crypto and stock profit, as well as business transactions from at least 400 entities and companies tied to his personal assets managed by family.
>>
Last month, Judge Enjoliqué Aytch Lett granted the BBC’s subpoena to review documents from the Donald J. Trump Revocable Trust dating to Jan. 1, 2023.

Her approval requires that the trust start producing documents by Thursday.

“Against the Trust’s irreversible injury, the BBC cannot point to any injury, only to brief delay, which does not constitute harm. Fact discovery remains open for months, and the BBC has never explained why it needed a non-party’s complete financial records within ten days or how a short stay would impair its defense,” Brito wrote.

The BBC has apologized for the documentary edit but has strongly rebuked Trump’s push for a payout and attempted to dismiss the lawsuit against the company, arguing U.S. courts hold no legal jurisdiction over the foreign corporation.

The president has refused to back down and recently requested that District Judge Roy Altman allow him to alter the lawsuit in a manner that would shield his financial documents from being reviewed by the British broadcaster.

Once again, all of trump's corruption can be dealt with simply by enforcing the emolument's clause and seizing all the money and assets trump earned during both his terms and then telling the judges he installed to fuck off when they try to rubber stamp his corruption.

How Trump has been both a successful businessman is a matter of national security. There has never been a president who managed to successfully manage his finances into the billions and be president at the same time. The corrupt dumbocrats just want to steal his trade secrets and sell us out to communists and Iran. Trump needs to pardon himself, his friends and his family another witch hunt
>>
>How Trump is proven to be a pedophile is a matter of national security

>How Trump has been both a successful businessman is a matter of national security

And...?
>both a successful businessman
Well, Trump has been a complete fuckup of a so-called 'president', so he's been successful at the business of caring only about himself and his billionaire buddies by being extremely corrupt
>all the businesses Trump has been involved in have been failures
>bankrupted casinos: which are basically money manufacturing businesses
The Democrats don't want anything to do with corrupt Republitards and their leader that is ultra-corrupt. Neither do the GOP's voters now experiencing the effects of that ultra-corruption, as shown by all the elections since late 2025 won by Democrats.
Trump has TACO'd to Iran, many such cases, thus becoming their bitch.
Trump, his friends and family must be politically and financially destroyed by another witch hunt after the midterms.

>Trump, his friends and family must be politically and financially destroyed by another witch hunt after the midterms.
My issue with this statement is that it isn't a witch hunt if they actually did all that shit.
>>
>if they actually did all that shit.
As King Leonidas would say in his Laconically Witty way, ' If. '
>>
>>1527801
Objectively, they did. Trump's sons own companies receiving millions in contracts from his own admin. There's dozens of examples of people receiving pardons after donating to him. The guy literally just opened a 100k fee for insider trading knowledge on his own social media site for fucks sake.
>>
>>1527802
Sounds suspicious
We should treat the Trump sons like we treated the Biden sons
Did he ever charge Hunter Biden because he was negotiating for millions, because he was holding 10% for the big guy when making deals with Ukrainian gas companies?
>>
>>1527811
Hunter Biden didn't do shit. Meanwhile we're actively paying Trump's spawn millions in private contracts. Even if the whole Burisma thing was absolutely proven and true, it pales in comparison to how much the Trumps are making.

Did you ever think about getting a real job so you don't have to repeat ancient Russian talking points that are debunked

>Hunter Bidens former business associates
That's a massive fucking stretch; they briefly collaborated on a failed deal with a Chinese firm in 2017. When he testified to congress, he just accused literally everyone else involved in said deal of lying.

Oh, and it later turned out to have connections with Russia and refused to actually give the countless texts he claimed linked the Bidens to things to the FBI and only released specific bits.

Hunter had investments and sat on boards. Was the fact he was the son of a Vice President and later actual President a role in him getting them? Almost certainly, but that in itself isn't illegal, that's just how relations to powerful figures work.

Meanwhile, Eric Trump and Trump Jr has been caught MULTIPLE TIMES with stakes in companies the US actively gives millions of dollars in contracts.

How does Alex Smirnov connect with Tony Bobulinski?
How do you know what are and are not Russian talking points?
You can assert that pointing out Bidens corrupt connections is a russian talking point but can you prove it? You can assert "some russian went to jail for this" but can you connect that Russians arrest and prosecution with Tony Bobulinski?

>>
>>1527839
>How do you interpret the prosecutor investigating Burisma (which had business ties with Hunter Biden) being fired as a condition for American Aid?
However, official investigations and international consensus showed that Shokin was ousted because he was widely viewed as corrupt and failing to prosecute corruption, rather than actively investigating Burisma.
Reasons for the Firing
Anti-Corruption Push: The U.S. government, the International Monetary Fund (IMF), and the European Union all demanded Shokin's removal because his office repeatedly sat on corruption cases.
Stalled Probes: Anti-corruption activists in Ukraine and Western diplomats noted that Shokin was shielding oligarchs and sabotaging real investigations into firms like Burisma Holdings.
The Burisma Connection & Timeline
No Active Probe: Independent anti-corruption bodies in Ukraine verified that the dormant inquiries into Burisma focused on the period before Hunter Biden joined its board in 2014.No Evidence of Shielding: Subsequent audits by Ukrainian authorities found no evidence of wrongdoing by either Joe or Hunter Biden regarding the removal of Shokin

I mean this has all been debunked thousands of times, but here you go again, Sergei.

Can you point us to the convictions and impeachments they actually produced during their four years of numerous inquieries?
>>
>>1527811
To be fair, the "10% for the big guy" could be to repay his dad for the hookers Hunter couldn't afford.
Probably not though, since Hunter doesn't speak Ukrainian or Russian and had experience with natural gas or any prior experience sitting on the board of any companies.
>>
esl shill is talking to himself again
>>
>>1527868
>The core individual tied to House Oversight Chairman James Comer's investigation whose claims involved fabricated allegations and Russian intelligence contacts was former FBI informant Alexander Smirnov, rather than a testifying witness convicted of perjury at a hearing. Smirnov was indicted by federal prosecutors for making false statements to the FBI regarding the Biden family, and prosecutors noted he had contacts with Russian intelligence figures. Comer defended his use of the material by stating the FBI had previously vouched for the source's credibility.
>>
>>1527866
>Can you point us to the convictions and impeachments they actually produced during their four years of numerous inquieries?
Why would you need convictions and impeachments? Their oversees connections are a matter of congressional record.
>>
>>1527811
>Did he ever charge Hunter Biden because he was negotiating for millions, because he was holding 10% for the big guy when making deals with Ukrainian gas companies?
The DOJ tried to give him immunity to his violations of FARA by having him plead guilty to tax evasion.

we went from 1 guy, to the committee, to i dont like the comittee. i believe the commonly used fallacy here would be to insinuate you are a "jeet" or "esl" for failing to follow a pretty simple conversation, and not understanding the simple concept of goal posts. but hey, that would be rude.

You claimed "Congress" said Hunter Biden was corrupt. Then you moved the goal posts to only "the US House Committee on Oversight and Accountability". When it's pointed out to you that said committee is mostly comprised of actively corrupt, retarded and/or dishonest MAGA members, whose avowed agenda was claiming Biden leads a "crime family" from the start, you painfully try to dismiss it.
And of course you ignore the most important question: if "Congress" provably found that Biden led a crime family, why hasn't he been impeached and jailed? Oh yeah, it's because it's all horseshit. And you're also an actively corrupt, retarded and/or dishonest MAGA. And you should, for the sake of the planet in general and the people who are unfortunate enough to know you in particular, kill yourself ASAP.
>>
>>1528181
>because it's all horseshit.
Or they're all in on it together.
It's like Fauci and this new bullshit with contempt of congress. That guy is directly responsible for the deaths of countless American citizens due to his fucked up medical guidance, but nothing major is going to come of it, because everybody in that room invested deep into Pfizer et al. before they started supporting vaccine mandates.

IS congress. its literally the part of congress that DOES the investigations. so if the us house committee on oversight and accountabilty says so, CONGRESS says so.
>When it's pointed out to you that said committee is mostly comprised of actively corrupt, retarded and/or dishonest MAGA members
which was moving the goalposts, which YOU did when it was pointed out that no, it wasnt just one person saying this it was the us house committee on oversight and accoutnability, ergo, CONGRESS said so, you went "well nah that doesnt count because i dont like em".

and maybe your right, maybe every single one of them is 100% full of shit corrupt sack of shit assholes, maybe.

BUT THE QUESTION WAS:
>>1527831
>According to whom?

AND the answer is......

CONGRESS. them being quite possibly the most highly paid group of glue sniffers does not change the fact that CONGRESS has stated this.

ANYTHING you say to imply this reality is not reality, is what we call "moving the goalposts". This has been an english 101 PSA, free of charge.
