According to the court documents, they also seized his electronic devices.During Wednesday’s 8.1 hearing, Craighead County District Court Judge Tommy Fowler said that while Daffron is facing 44 counts of possessing CSAM, more charges could be added.“That’s just what they have so far,” Fowler said. “There could be well over 100 counts.”In addition to setting his bond at $250,000, Fowler also ordered Daffron to have no internet access.Daffron is scheduled to appear in circuit court on Oct. 26.
