Important thread! Will bump!
>>
stop resisting you idiots. stay calm and allow them to manhandle and beat the crap out of you, then illegally detain you, and not allow you to contact anyone, then shackle you and send you to some foreign hellhole, and not let anyone know where you are.

See, it really is that simple. Stop resisting.
>>
>>1538835
This but unironically, if you're innocent than be civil, follow directions, don't fight, and you'll eventually be released when the evidence favors you. Resisting is just more charges and a more difficult process. Resisting arrest has never ended well and you'll end up apprehended anyways. Remain calm, remain professional, keep a cool head, and you'll be fine.
>>
>>1538835
>ICE agents looking for fugitive known to hang out in [location]
>See guy who looks like their guy
>He refuse to identify
>He resists being detained
>Gets man-handled
Is this really that complicated, or controversial?
>>
>>1538840
>Is this really that complicated
Criminals have a hard time obeying the law because of mental illness or some other maladaptive genetic disorder.

I am hot for asians in gestapo nazi uniforms, unironically.
>>
>>1538839
On paper, you're correct. The smart thing to do if you have done nothing wrong is to not physically resist and let the proper authorities sort it out.
In practice, people are impersonating ICE and raping women. ICE is detaining people and stealing their groceries. ICE is detaining people who don't even share the name on their warrants, they're even shooting people they've detained!
So people are right to be scared. They have good reason to believe harm might come to them if they allow people claiming to be ICE to take them into custody, whether those people are actually ICE or not.
"Don't resist police" is practical advice. But pretending that people can simply assume that whoever is taking them into custody is legitimate, that the detention is lawful, and that they'll be treated safely once they're detained is fucking absurd given reality.
Congrats, fuckhead. Your public policy distorted reality so much the should-be common-sense answer you're condescending to the board with is objectively wrong, and now you're blaming people for being afraid of the consequences you helped create.
Fuck you, bootlicker.

On paper, ICE is exactly as you describe it and the protesters are acting exactly as you pretend. In practice, """protesters""" are actually running over federal agents, burning down entire city blocks, and preparing ambushes to kill ICE

something, something Second Amendment, Fourth Amendment.

Look, it works in theory, but ICE and DHS do not follow Consitutional law, because they don't have to. Misinformation like this is what gets people hurt.

First, if they are executing a warrant they have pretty much the same powers as any other cop.

Second, generally, they are allowed to interrogate any person (without a warrant) they reasonably believe to be an alien about their right to be present in the United States.

They did misquote me as saying protestors though, which I didn't. Pretti was a protestor, but he was also being detained. They took his gun from him. They misfired it. They killed him while he was in their custody, unarmed and restrained by multiple people. What pussies.
The other examples are taken from news stories about people ICE and people impersonating ICE (because it's a bad fucking idea to have an anonymous gestapo) have detained, but they're not going to address them, because they're so fucking retarded that they're going to pick the most polarizing and sensational example. Funny enough, they're not even doing that, they had to pivot to Good who wasn't being restrained and who I didn't even bring up, because her case is more ambiguous even though they explicitly train you not to stand in front of vehicles and the dude who murdered her was clearly not in danger based on the video feed.

Yeah they weren't talking about the little water fountains on top of the toilets. They were talking about cells with nonworking water fountains or sinks where detainees were being told to drink from the toilet itself because the sink/water fountain was broken and they refused to fix it.

This has also been mentioned in multiple lawsuits against these facilities that they regularly leave detainees in cells flooded from their toilets and without working water. At least one of these lawsuits resulted in a court order for ICE to improve conditions at the facility.

>>
>>1539091
>During the tour of the facility?
Yeah because I'm supposed to believe she lied about them sexually harassing her while she was there even though they literally had an entire facebook group where they routinely made edits of her being raped. A facebook group that was private until it got leaked AFTER she made the allegations. Yeah, right.

>Yeah I'm not seeing anything in your lawcommentary article about water fountains not working. All you have is AOC's claim, and I'm going to need more evidence than some hyperbolic retard who thinks she's being raped by ICE during a congressional tour.
This is because they're separate incidents showing they regularly let these cells go to shit and fill with toilet water. The water claim was back in 2019. This was now. It shows they still are keeping people in such subhuman conditions they get court orders to improve them, which doesn't line up with your "They're treated better than American prisoners!" bullshit.

>It literally does. It's a crime.
8 U.S.C. § 1325 states that entering the country illegally is a crime. Not every illegal immigrant entered the country illegally.
>They came into the country illegally.
Some did. Others didn't. Missed a court date, paperwork didn't file right, asylum was denied, TPS revoked, etc.
>>
>>1539136
>Missed a court date,
>or (2) eludes examination or inspection by immigration officers,
>paperwork didn't file right,
>(3) attempts to enter or obtains entry to the United States by a willfully false or misleading representation or the willful concealment of a material fact,
>asylum was denied,
And they refuse to leave? In that case, yeah it would be a different law - failure to depart. Which is also a crime. So yeah, they're still criminals.

Get a real job faggot
>>

If you're just going to just twist anything to fit anything then alright, I'll leave you to that.
>>
>>1539143
>quoting the law is twisting anything to fit
>ragequitting
I accept your concession that illegals are criminals, hence the name.

You lost the moment you included your source esl shill. Or perhaps you lost the moment you gave up on having a respectable occupation

thats only if they get a final order of removal in court. ICE also targets people who havent recieved that order.

Not leaving after your visa expires is not a crime.

>a gop supporter defends sexual harassment.
many such cases
>>
esl shill doesn't just defend rapists
esl shill doesn't just defend pedophiles
esl shill also defends corruption
you just need to dangle race bait in front of MIGA and they'll excuse so much corruption
>>
>>1539213
you just assert people are pedophiles and rapists without any proof.
Trump was never charged as a pedophile or a rapist. You are living in a Q anon alternate dimension where Trump and Epstein are best buddies.
>>
>>1539214
Yeah, because the pedophiles and rapists are sitting on the proof.
>>
>>1539215
This would make a lot of sense if history started on January 20th 2025
>>
>>1539219
What?
>>
>>1539235
I think they're arguing that Trump released the epstien files when his second term started. It's a confusingly bad argument considering he still hasn't released all the files to the point where he's breaking the law for not releasing them. It's also really fucking suspicious for him to keep lying about having released them all, knowing full well he hasn't.
It's also a whataboutism. "The last admin is corrupt and didn't release the files! That means this admin isn't corrupt for not releasing the files!" Because two is a lot for a MIGA retard to count to.
>>1539214
>Trump and Epstien are best buddies.
We know, they hung out all the time, there's so much media of them hanging out you'd have to be a fucking moron to claim they weren't well acquainted.
>>
>>1539292
What is the proof?
>>
>>1539235
If history started on January 20th 2025 nobody else could have released the files. So you would have pedophiles in charge who are the only people who can release information that would expose their own pedophilia

If history starts before January 20th 2025 that means there are other people who had all the power and authority to expose Pedos and didn't do it "for some reason" and it brings up a bunch of inconvenient questions. Like why didn't the democrats release the files exposing Trump as a pedophile and win the 2024 election?
>>
>why didn't democrats stop me from raping children?
Because the goal was never to stop children from being abused, it was to attack democrats.
MIGA is fine with the billionaire pedophile ring.
>>
>>1539304
If Democrats had proof that Trump was raping kids, why did they sit on it for 4 years?
>>
>>1539305
Because the Epstein records fully validate every neonazi conspiracy theory.
Epstein admitted to his friends via emails, without anybody putting a gun to his head, that jews control the world and that they believe non-jews don't have the same souls as jews do.
This is the exact same reason they're refusing to comply with the DOJ and release all of them.
In the 1930's nazis were screaming that jews spread degeneracy by selling pornography and prostituting kid, then in 2025 these files come out showing that Les Wexner was using Epstein as a """"talent agent"""" in his Lingerie company to recruit underaged girls for """modelling""".
I mean jesus christ.
>>
>>1539306
don't bother replying to the esl shill
they're not trying to protect children, they just want to attack democrats like they're hired to do
>>
>>1539306
This is why we need Hasan or Fuentes as president
>>1539308
I found it strange you never answered my question. Why did Biden not release the files if they implicated Trump?
>>
>>1539309
NTA but do you seriously not understand why? because they implicate more than just trump, you retard. there are democrats in them too. both parties have evil fucked up paedophiles. any more retarded questions?

https://www.newsnationnow.com/politics/why-were-epstein-files-not-released-biden/

>Epstein case was an open investigation under Biden

>The Epstein case was an open criminal investigation during the Biden administration, Miami Herald investigative reporter Julie K. Brown explained on social media. Brown’s extensive reporting since 2017 has shone a light on the crimes of Epstein and his longtime accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell. Her book about Epstein, titled “Perversions of Justice,” is a New York Times bestseller.

>“They had an open grand jury. … And even after Maxwell’s conviction, the case was on appeal — anyone in law enforcement knows you don’t open your case file when it’s still under appeal,” Brown added.

>Victims were still going to the FBI with information during Biden’s term, but that changed when President Donald Trump’s Department of Justice reviewed the files and closed the case in July, Brown said.

Are you from an alternate dimension?

>Listen To The Jeffrey Epstein Tapes: ‘I Was Donald Trump’s Closest Friend’
https://www.thedailybeast.com/listen-to-the-jeffrey-epstein-tapes-i-was-donald-trumps-closest-friend/

>Jeffrey Epstein described himself as Donald Trump’s “closest friend” and claimed intimate knowledge of his proclivity for sex, including cuckolding his best friends, according to recordings obtained exclusively by the Daily Beast.

>The convicted pedophile even boasted of his closeness to Trump and his now-wife Melania by claiming, “the first time he slept with her was on my plane,” which was dubbed the Lolita Express.
>>
>>1539330
Trump banned Epstein from the Mar-A-Lago.
You are saying Epstein said it therefor it is true. You are taking the word of a disgraced pedophile as gospel. Why?
>>
>>1539355
Reminder that we have statements from Epstein's own emails that he was meeting with members of the Trump family in the vicinity of Mar-A-Lago, if not directly there, well past not just his "ban" date, but also past the point where his crimes were known.

That ban was optics, nothing more. They obviously stayed in contact afterwards.
>>
>>1539359
Trump is a confirmed rapist who has openly said he's attracted to young girls.
MIGA jump through hoops pretending he's not a pedophile
>>
>>1538830
Do we have an update on this, or is it still nebulous bullshit?
>>

We didn't elect him for his sexual habits, we elected him to deport browns. Show us another qualified cantidate willing to get as many Mexicans to fuck off home and we'll consider him.
>>
>>1539359
Okay great. How were those emails corroborated?
Epstein said he was meeting with the Trumps, what is the proof that it happened?
>>
>>1539330
Epstein also said he was best friends with Bill Clinton, and had a birthday card from bill in his birthday book. Do you think they were best friends because Epstein said so?
>>
>>1539568
>we elected him to deport browns.
And so far he's deporting the browns who actually tried to do better for themselves and not being annoying scum, while letting cartel agents and other petty criminals stay safely and unbothered. I guess ICE isn't interested in trying to beat up people that will fight back with lethal force on average
