https://www.washingtonpost.com/immigration/2026/10/01/rene-goods-family-sues-trump-officials-saying-death-was-not-an-accident/

The family of Renée Good, who was shot and killed by a federal immigration officer during the Trump administration’s enforcement surge in Minneapolis earlier this year, has sued the United States and officials for her death.

The family filed two civil lawsuits Thursday seeking accountability for what they described as a wrongful use of force that resulted in Good’s death and a broader effort to undermine the rights of Minneapolis residents.

“Renee’s death was not an accident,” lawyers for Good’s family said in a statement. “It was the predictable result of a coordinated campaign by senior officials in this administration to target Minnesotans of Somali or Hispanic origin and silence anyone who dared to raise their voice in protest.”

John Turscak stabbed Chauvin 22 times in the law library at the Federal Correctional Institution in Tucson, with an improvised knife, federal prosecutors said.

Turscak, 52, told correctional officers he would’ve killed Chauvin had they not responded so quickly, prosecutors said.

Turscak later told FBI agents that he’d been thinking about assaulting Chauvin for about a month because he is a high-profile inmate but denied wanting to kill him, prosecutors said.

Turscak told the agents that he attacked Chauvin on Black Friday, the day after Thanksgiving, as a symbolic connection to the Black Lives Matter movement and the “Black Hand” symbol associated with the Mexican Mafia gang, prosecutors said.

An attorney for Turscak was not listed in court records and Turscak, who has represented himself in numerous court matters from prison, remained in custody on Friday.

Chauvin, 47, was sent to FCI Tucson from a maximum-security Minnesota state prison in August 2022 to simultaneously serve a 21-year federal sentence for violating Floyd’s civil rights and a 22½-year state sentence for second-degree murder.

Personally, I'd just mail her family a cheap Needoh-like from Temu with a paper cutout of her face taped onto it and tell them to fuck off. She's not even worth a sealed 30th Anniversary Pokemon TCG set. Their lawyer is also retarded.

I don't like the guy he's a religious hardheaded nut but when one side's openly celebrating, Its clear whose a piece of shit.
>>
>>1540409
And then they respond with this "b-but Kirk!" shit like it actually refutes anything.

Where?
Even if we pretend MAGA is 100% right and everyone on the “left” was celebrating Kirk’s death, celebrating a murder is not equivalent to calling for further murder, nor does it justify it.

so its fine for me to celebrate renne and alex pratti, terrorists being gunned down k thx for agreeing with me glad we agree now, I hope you're next.
>>
>>1540434
>celebrating a murder is not equivalent to calling for further murder, nor does it justify it.
celebrating a murder is justification, you are directly saying you agree with it or are happy it happened, it doesn't matter what bullshit you pull afterwards about oh murder is bad but at least it happened to a person I hate so soo happy.
If you watch any leftist influencer you automatically are culpable I don't even blame them I blame their audience directly. that's been especially the case post kirk and post the attempted one on trump.

if you're a democrat you deserve the same fate as what you wished happens to your opponent. IDC if you yourself personally never said it the fact that you continue to ally with them is enough to brand you, in the words of your own leftist hemisphere "viable targets". If Kirk was an extreme right-wing figure for talking to people then Renne and alex Pratti were by all definitions extreme domestic terrorists and it was a justifed shooting to anyone who isn't a double standard hypocrite.
>>
>>1540441
No, I wasn’t.
That’s shitty, but that’s not what MAGA talks about when they try to justify violence. It’s all “you laughed and danced when kirk died” and “At least we're not going around vandalizing her memorials.”
>>
>>1540449
destiny and hasan are mainstream enough that their audience represent a core part of the democrat socialist movement. but there's barely any point bring up individual statements they've said because they're effectively gone as far as justifying murdering people who vote against the democrat party.
Most people have a filter, democrats and especially radicalized democrats in that demographic don't. And before anyone goes but they're just an influencer, Hasan is the biggest political streamer pushed by the biggest streaming site in the world is given preferential treatment to the point twitch staff members celebrated his party and has repeatedly justified telling his audience of hundred of thousands why terrorism murder and rape is justified.

I'm keeping it nice and short for you, you people did it to kirk, you deserve it to happen to your heroes. I didn't laugh when george floyd died, I didn't make a joke about how he deserved it for holding pregnant women hostage and was a massive drug addict. But if it happened today I would absolutely do all those things.

https://nypost.com/2026/01/08/us-news/renee-nicole-good-was-minneapolis-ice-watch-warrior-who-trained-to-resist-feds-before-shooting/
Good, who moved to the city last year, linked up with the anti-ICE activists through her 6-year-old son’s woke charter school, which boasts that it puts “social justice first” and prioritizes “involving kids in political and social activism,” multiple local sources said.

“She was a warrior. She died doing what was right,” a mother named Leesa, whose child attends the same school, told The Post at a growing vigil where Good was killed Wednesday.
ICE Watch recently shared an Instagram post of the group’s that encouraged agitators to bring items that would help them barricade the streets around where the shooting took place, even urging people to bring things to burn, such as dried-up Christmas trees.

This call for aggressive and even violent resistance comes as ICE agents have faced an unprecedented spike in car attacks, surging by some 3,200% over the last year, shocking data released by the Department of Homeland Security revealed to The Post.

Federal officials said violent “radical rhetoric from sanctuary politicians” is to blame for vehicular attacks against ICE agents skyrocketing between Jan. 21, 2025, and Jan. 7, 2026 — 66 attacks were recorded during that period compared to just two the year before.

In October, US Border Patrol agents shot an armed woman in Chicago who attempted to run over agents with her car after a group of activists “boxed in” agents with 10 cars.

Last month, a federal judge dropped the charges against the woman, Marimar Martinez, who survived the shooting.

Good, a 37-year-old stay-at-home mother of three who dabbled in poetry, was shot in the head and killed as she sped her SUV in the direction of two immigration officers who were conducting an enforcement operation just south of the city’s central business district.

>You don't get to
Anon, the Federal Government is the supreme adjudicator of force in this nation, they can murder anyone they want for any reason. Its not about what people 'get to' or 'not get to' do, nobody else here has a military to realistically offer any resistance. Any attempt to disassemble those powers in the courts is just going to get the courts' power revoked and destroy whatever is left of the illusion of Republic.

If you actually lived in America, you would understand that. There's a delicate balance here with a lot of compromise between the Fed, the States, and the Individual. As long as we all mostly ignore each other and go about our business, that balance is maintained, but people like OP Related are the closest anyone gets to destroying the Constitution, having it thrown out because they can't stop bitching about the poor immigrants. They're leaving, either on a plane or in a box, there's no stopping that. You can either bitch about it or get out of the way, neither option is going to keep it from happening. Alternatively you can fuck around and find out. She fucked around and found out.

>the Federal Government is the supreme adjudicator of force in this nation, they can murder anyone they want for any reason.
>If you actually lived in America
NTA. You are confusing the ability to use force with the authority to lawfully exercise it.
The founding fathers built a government of the people, by the people and for the people, successfully fighting the most powerful empire on the planet. You're claiming might makes right, an idea they explicitly condemned such that they created a constitution to limit and divide governmental power.
The audacity you have to claim someone else isn't American while posting the antithesis of american government is insane. You are a profoundly unserious person.
>They're leaving, either on a plane or in a box, there's no stopping that.
It'd be easy to stop you fucking simpleton, we're spending multiple billions on ICE, it'd be like if I asked you to stop punching yourself in the face.
What is your argument here? Is it based on practicality? You think immigrants are costing american jobs? The right wing admin is importing immigrants with work visas to take high-paying jobs that could go to americans. Have fun picking fruit for pennies, moron. You think they're a drain on social services? They aren't, they don't get social services and they pay taxes they don't get returns on. They also bring economic growth, because to live here they need stuff, and we can sell it to them.
Then are you going to pivot to a moral argument? If we create a pathway to citizenship, it isn't fair for people who came here the right way? They didn't follow the rules? What are you, autistic? Let's change the fucking rules that make us punch ourself in the proverbial face then, and create a pathway to citizenship for nonviolent civil offender, like the vast majority of the country wants. We don't need to be abducting fully integrated people out of their communities, to say nothing of the literal American citizens we've deported.
>>
>>1540857
>You're claiming might makes right, an idea they explicitly condemned such that they created a constitution to limit and divide governmental power.
lol.

Washington fought a war against the tyranny of excessive taxation, and then went on to lead a military force against Pennsylvania farmers because they objected to a tax on whiskey, regardless of the blatant hypocrisy.

Violence is the supreme authority by which all other authority is derived. The Constitution and its associated federal laws are the government telling you 'cross this line and we will inflict violence upon you'. There is no mechanism which actually limits the power of government, the government does that itself because it has the luxury to do so.

>You think immigrants are costing american jobs? The right wing admin is importing immigrants with work visas to take high-paying jobs that could go to americans.
>They also bring economic growth, because to live here they need stuff, and we can sell it to them.
It is true that immigrants provide GDP growth. It is also true that the American Right is full of boomers that have nothing but contempt for the younger generations of American citizens.

But time marches forward, and all those American citizens who were told they were losers after repeatedly being passed over for immigrants will remember who said what.

2/?
>Then are you going to pivot to a moral argument? If we create a pathway to citizenship, it isn't fair for people who came here the right way? They didn't follow the rules? What are you, autistic?
The government has a duty first and foremost to protect and maintain the welfare of its citizens. This is a primordial truth that originated from the earliest men and their desire to create tribes.

Boomer politicians treating American citizens like equally exchangeable units of economic production that can be switched out for foreign laborers is fundamentally immoral, insane, and goes against everything we know about human nature. It's tantamount to selling your daughter or son in favor of a 'better' version you could purchase at a slave auction house.

Thankfully, once boomers die from old age then this insane bullshit will go with them.

>to say nothing of the literal American citizens we've deported.
Naturalized citizens aren't really citizens. Being an American citizen goes beyond touching our dirt, passing a standardized test and getting a magic piece of paper. It has to do with a sense of heritage and belonging to the land itself.

Liggerals balk and seethe at this idea because America, since the 1950's, has purposefully atomized any sense of 'belonging' to a cohesive national identity. Mutt retards that don't even know the names of their own fathers or neighbors become seriously afraid the moment someone implies that American Citizenship carries more spiritual significance than a ticket you can get at a carnival ride.

>The Constitution and its associated federal laws are the government telling you 'cross this line and we will inflict violence upon you'.
The constitution is a document that outlines the citizenry's rights and places limits on governmental power, it does literally, not figuratively, literally the opposite of what you're claiming, dumbass.
>Washington's Whiskey rebellion.
Washington used lawful federal authority to suppress an armed insurrection. That doesn't demonstrate violence is the ultimate authority you fucking dork, it demonstrates the government can enforce laws.
>It is true that immigrants provide GDP growth.
Wow, so you're admitting that removing them has negative economic consequences, on top of the exorbitant costs. Your type usually lies about how they're getting social services, color me surprised.
>American citizens actively being passed over for immigrants.
Again, this isn't happening with most immigrants, it's happening specifically with the immigrants wealthy people on the right are importing to make themselves more money.
>government has a duty to protect its citizens
Yeah, and it's actively hurting its citizens by deporting these people, which you've essentially just conceded.
>Thankfully once boomers die
We can agree on something
>Naturalized citizens aren't really citizens.
So you're not actually defending citizenship, you're defending some faggy hereditary conception of citizenship the Constitution does not recognize.
So you're telling me your conception of a perfect america is a society where citizenship is hereditary and the rule of law is meaningless because the government can choose to ignore laws it doesn't like, and enforce others with violence.
Cool.
You are a sociopath. You are not championing democracy or America, you're literally an authoritarian.

>The constitution is a document that outlines the citizenry's rights and places limits on governmental power, it does literally, not figuratively, literally the opposite of what you're claiming, dumbass.
The Constitution is just a piece of paper with ink on it. It isn't magic. It doesn't physically force the government to do anything it doesn't already want to do.
Thinking something ought to happen, or that it is actually happening, doesn't mean it is actually happening.
>Washington used lawful federal authority to suppress an armed insurrection.
One man's revolution is another man's insurrection. The only thing that matters is who wins out in the end because they write the history books.
>Wow, so you're admitting that removing them has negative economic consequences, on top of the exorbitant costs.
GDP growth isn't an absolute moral good. It doesn't measure human happiness or societal well-being.
Peter Thiel phasing out tech jobs with AI and Elon importing a million jeets isn't making the average American's life better. In fact, they make life demonstrably worse.
>Again, this isn't happening with most immigrants
Jobs are a scarce resource. More hands pulling from the same pot equals less for all. This is common sense.
>Yeah, and it's actively hurting its citizens by deporting these people
Illegals hurt and kill American ctizens all the time. Nobody in power cares unless illegals are hurting other illegals, or ICE is hurting illegals. This is because they exist in the United States as a disposable slave underclass.
Nobody in power cares about American citizens at all. The average American isn't even allowed to express a nationalistic, America-first political position without being accused of an -ism, because the powers-that-be fucking hate you and they know that Heritage Americans have a shame-based culture.

>So you're not actually defending citizenship, you're defending some faggy hereditary conception of citizenship the Constitution does not recognize.
Your understanding of the law, power and morality are infantile in the extreme.

In an ideal world, the people in power would create and enforce laws that maximize the amount of liberty each civilian has (e.g imprisoning violent rapists for being rapists), rather than restricting them through arbitrary legalistic language and useless moralizing.

Importing tens of millions of illegals that shit on the street and participate in gang culture doesn't grant American citizens more liberty. America's elites and political leaders know this to, but it's still happening, because they don't want you to be more free.

Instead Elon Musk is talking about creating robot armies and how important it is to incorporate AI systems that log our keystrokes into society, using the same AI technology that jews used to bomb kids in Gaza.

>You are a sociopath. You are not championing democracy or America, you're literally an authoritarian.
It's not sociopathic for American citizens to expect their interests adequately and equitably represented in a democratic society. It's also not sociopathic to expect that the people in your country share your ethics and goals.

Nobody tells indians, jews or mexicans that they are not allowed to value their heritage. But Americans are constantly told to love your countrymen is exclusionary and any desire to protect it from outsiders is inherently prejudicial. The double standard is constant and absolute.

> There's no such thing as ghosts, dipshit.
It's not about ghosts. It's desire to protect your land, the family you have buried underneath it, the family you have currently, and the generations that will come after you.

Good thing that never happened then!

What are the odds that every leftist who gets shot by police, or by a 17 year old in Kenosha, just happens to either be committing a crime or has a record of committing crimes? It's almost like there's a theme.

Crazy how esl shill can post threads like this but the mods have decided not to let people say mean things to him. Well, we all knew 4chan was compromised

>The constitution is a piece of paper-
>expect the people in your country share your ethics and goals.
Gee, you mean by upholding the law and the fucking constitution? You're right, we should have shared secular values and it is on us to enforce them.
>GDP growth isn't an absolute moral good.
Immigrants are good for the economy and a tax benefit, those are things that make life better for people here.
>Jobs are scarce
Yes, and more people doesn't necessarily mean less jobs. We've already covered this, keep up.
>This is common sense.
Interesting, considering it's false.
>Illegals hurt and kill American citizens all the time.
Undocumented immigrants commit crimes at significantly lower rates than citizens. Most never commit a crime. I'm in favor of deporting violent criminals.
>accused of an ism.
you get accused of racism because you're a fucking racist, because you're trying to take the few people that do commit crimes and using them as a justification to deport their entire race, ya fucking inbred simpleton.
>Your understanding is infantile
solid projection from a jaded edgelord faggot. You don't understand basic economics, you think there's a static pool of jobs importing people depletes, you don't understand migrants create jobs because they have needs.
>Nobody tells indians, jews or mexicans that they are not allowed to value their heritage.
People do tell them that, that's why they need legal protections in the first place.
>America-first policy
Would imply doing things that are actually good for America..
> to love your countrymen is exclusionary desire to protect it from outsiders is prejudicial.
You literally do not do that though, you're hurting your countrymen with these policies.
>It's about protection
You're doing a fantastic job protecting your legacy from economic stability by deposing us as the global hegemon, isolating us on the world stage, and spending billions of dollars on a private army that's gutting the economy. Eat shit.

If you close your ears to the fraud it doesn't make it go away

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2020s_Minnesota_fraud_scandals
It's not white people setting up grooming gangs in Britain or frad networks in Minnesota.
These are immigrant based criminal networks

>It's not white people setting up grooming gangs in Britain
Epstein and his best friend Trump are all white. So what's your point?

>or frad networks in Minnesota.
Trump is actively stealing billions more than any immigrant anywhere in the US or UK. So what's your point?
>>
>>1541099
Epstein and Trump are not best friends.
Trump is not a Russian agent.
These are just lazy narratives the media used to try and smear president Trump.
What billions is trump stealing, what are you talking about? Specifically?
>>

>Epstein and Trump are not best friends.
The Epstein files pretty much say they were.

>Trump is not a Russian agent.
The probability of him being a russian agent is greater than him not being one.

Have you been living in a cave with no internet for the past 2 years?

This article doesn't seem to explain how Trump is stealing. It is saying he had a 600 million dollar meme coin, that he made 1.447 billion on crypto currency, that he made profited from stable coin and selling shares, but it doesn't establish how this is theft. It is just equating Trump profiting with trump theft.
The 400 million dollar Qatari plane isn't being gifted to Trump personally, it is being donated to the office of the presidency, the next president can use it if he wants.

If you do not understand simple concepts like a crypto rug pull, you should maybe stop trying to debate people on the internet, because you look like a gigantic ignorant doofus.
