https://nypost.com/2026/10/09/us-news/president-trump-announces-deal-with-putin-to-deliver-russian-diesel-fuel-to-the-us/
President Trump announced Friday that the US will buy large amounts of Russian diesel to address surging fuel costs — making a major foreign-policy pivot to ease costs just before the midterm elections.

“I have just concluded a highly successful discussion with President Vladimir Putin, of Russia, wherein it was agreed that Russia will immediately supply over 300,000 Tons of Diesel Fuel to the American and Global Marketplace, another 500,000 Tons during the month of November, and 1,000,000 Tons immediately thereafter,” Trump wrote on Truth Social.
“Additionally, based on the condition of their Diesel Refineries, Russia will then deliver, within a short period of time, 3,000,000 Tons of Diesel Fuel.”
>>
>>1542394
Good. We used to get around 10% of our oil imports from Russia. Then we stopped because a non-NATO country got attacked - while we were simultaneously at war in how many Middle Eastern countries? I've lost count.
>>
>>1542394
But he is DEFINITELY not a Russian asset, guys. Not at all. Why would you even think that?
>>
>>1542401
>we
LOL
>>
>>1542394
>Giving Russia billions in taxpayer dollars to offset the tens of billions of dollars you've cost taxpayers at the pump with your four week war that is about to enter its eighth month, which has cost taxpayers a hundred billion dollars
The leader of the party of fiscal constraint and conservatism, ladies and gentlemen
>>
>>1542394
This is a good thing! Biden made gas prices expensive when he forced 100% tariffs on countries that deal with Russia. Trump is a genius and funding Russia and Iran is a small price to pay to ensure the corrupt insane dumocrats don’t win in November.
>>
>>1542394
>based on the condition of their Diesel Refineries, Russia will then deliver
Ukraine, if you're listening...
>>
>>1542406
And how much money did Biden give Ukraine?
>>

fuck yourself, lib
>>
>>1542394
3 million tons of diesel fuel is 845 thousand gallons. By comparison a single Olympic pool is 660 thousand gallons.

The US burns 151-172 MILLION gallons a DAY.

This "deal" is gay as fuck.
>>
>>1542394
Republicans continue to threaten America with lower diesel prices, and dems call them Russian assets when they do

We cannot let America fall into the hands of commie democrats who will just sell us out to foreign interests

>>1542394
So Trump started a war with Iran
Who have been receiving funds and weapons from Russia
And that war is causing fuel prices to go up
So to help with the high fuel prices caused by the war he started with Iran
Trump is using taxpayer money to purchase fuel from Russia
Who have been providing funds and weapons to Iran
For the war Trump started
Do I have this right?
>>
Seethe and dilate demtrash and canada. Russia was always a great ally to US
>>
>>1542428
Probably, but Ukraine should've negotiated a peace deal with minimal concessions by now.
Additionally it would probably be better to decouple Russia from the Iran-China alliance for the sake of Europe.
However, Blackrock went all in on rebuilding Ukraine, and as they proved by fucking up the UK's economy to fight the mini-budget, they pretty much own Europe.

You are forgetting where the Ukraine war is the Biden proxy war, and the Iran war is the Trump direct war. And that the Ukraine war is ongoing and actually high diesel prices are Ukraine's fault

This whole war was just to support daddy Putin, huh? Totally not a Russian asset though.

Or he could end the war he started. The one which is making oil prices go up.
>>
>>1542470
The war in Iran is not the only thing in the world that drives the price of gas.
Gas was 5 bucks a gallon under the last president, and there was no war in Iran. There was another war going on that influenced the price of gas which still hasn't ended

oh i'm sorry i must've missed the part where we had a magical end war button
also you'd love to let america get nuked once iran has nuclear weapons wouldn't you, you sound like a traitor who should be conscripted and sent to a firing squad
>>
>>1542580
You're right, there's no magical end war button
Which is why getting entangled in sandbox wars is so retarded and America has no patience for them anymore
Which is why "No New Wars" was a major rallying cry for MAGA as a way to separate itself from the failed policies of the Bush era neocons, and remained a core tenet of the movement
Until Trump started another retarded sandbox war and miggers all got their programming update
Now sandbox box wars are good and if you don't support the war you support the terrorists and love it or leave it and all of the other exact same talking points the neocons were spouting off 20 years ago
>>
>>1542587
This is not like those wars because this is an existential fight for the future do America. Iran has been our greatest enemy for about 50 years now and they are actively pursuing nukes with the intent of dropping them on American cities. Trump is literally fixing an issue that every other politician has kicked down the road. And we are winning. It's clear that we are winning. The Iranian leadership just came out today warning of dire economic circumstances. Iran is fucked. Everyone knows it. The only ones who don't are liggerals and panicans
>>
>>1542589
I remember listening to right wing talk radio on the way to work and hearing that Iran would have a nuke by Christmas if we didn't intervene immediately
That was right before the 2008 election
I remember the President of the United States saying we had completely Iran's nuclear facilities and that it would be years if not decades before they'd be able to rebuild and try again
That was last year
I remember the President of the United States saying the war with Iran would last eight weeks at most
That was in April
I remember the President of the United States declaring sanctions on any country that purchased Russian fuel
That was in May
And now, here it is October of 2026
And the President of the United States is making deals to buy Russian diesel because prices are so high in America because of the war with Iran that is still ongoing and is being justified as necessary to stop Iran from developing nukes in their nuclear facilities that were completely obliterated last year and finally put an end to the threat of a nuclear Iran, who have been weeks away from a nuke for the last 20 years if not more
>>
>>1542589
>b-but the nukes!!
Every adult alive today remembers Iraq, when George Bush got us into some seemingly endless war in the middle east over WMDs which didn't exist. Everyone remembers the republicans doing this EXACT SAME SHIT a quarter of a century ago. We're not falling for it again. You can repeat it as much as you want, we know it's a fucking lie.

>>1542594
>who have been weeks away from a nuke for the last 20 years if not more
I think it's 30-something years that Netanyahu's been pushing this bullshit. We never had a president get conned by it until Trump.
>>
>Trump announces deal with Putin to deliver Russian diesel fuel to the US
Total zigger victory
>>
>>1542589
We need boots on the ground RIGHT NOW
Iran will collapse in two weeks if we kick them while they are down. Liggerals are too cowardly to do what needs to be done. We can secure Israel and lower gas prices in one action but the dims keep screeching about a war they basically started under Biden’s (lack thereof) leadership
It’s time for the department of WAR to live up to its name!

No, of course not. He has no patriotism or loyalty to anyone. He's a completely self-serving narcissistic psychopath.
He's a foreign asset in the sense that Putin obviously has blackmail on him so he's compromised and complicit, and in the sense that the quality of his leadership is literally beneficial to enemies of the state.

>>
>>1542782
https://www.nytimes.com/2018/05/16/us/politics/mueller-trump-indictment.html
No Formal Co-Conspirator Designation: Mueller’s team concluded they did not establish a criminal conspiracy between the Trump campaign and Russia. Under Department of Justice (DOJ) guidelines, prosecutors did not indict sitting presidents due to a policy barring such charges, and Mueller also chose not to designate Trump as an unindicted co-conspirator for the Russia-related or obstruction claims. Unlike Watergate special prosecutor Leon Jaworski, who explicitly asked a grand jury to name President Richard Nixon as an unindicted co-conspirator in 1974, Mueller left questions regarding the president's conduct on obstruction of justice for Congress to review rather than using a co-conspirator label.
