Turns out Trump isn't the only traitor who is putin's cockholster and gives a textbook reason why all musk's businesses need to be seized and nationalized on national security grounds.

https://www.wsj.com/world/ukraine-starlink-elon-musk-trump-dbc49193

WASHINGTON—Elon Musk ordered the slowdown of a military-grade version of Starlink relied on by Ukraine, a decision that sparked panic in Kyiv and confusion inside the Trump administration, U.S. officials and people familiar with the matter said.
Both Musk and President Trump have expressed anger at Ukraine for attacking Russian diesel refineries in recent weeks, which the president blames for high energy prices. Last week, Musk capped the speeds at which Ukrainian hardware could stay connected to the satellite-based network, the people said, rendering some offensive drones and interceptor drones virtually useless.

Musk and Trump discussed the Starlink decision in a call soon after the slowdown became public, while the president was campaigning last week, two of the people said. One of the people also claimed Musk and Trump discussed the matter prior to the decision to throttle Starlink.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s public complaints—namely that Ukrainians could die if the unrestricted service wasn’t restored—led to widespread confusion about who ordered the slowdown, and to an informal investigation inside the White House.

During the uproar, SpaceX representatives called White House counterparts seeking a unified understanding and subsequent message that the company and Trump administration coordinated ahead of Musk’s directive, the people said.

Musk himself posted on Twiiter hours after the slowdown became public, “Any limits on speed or usage are decided by the US military and ultimately POTUS,” using the acronym for president of the United States. Trump told reporters Monday that he didn’t know who was responsible for the Starlink slowdown, “but I would like to find out.”
>>
Some U.S. officials say that Musk acted unilaterally and that Trump didn’t specifically order any retribution against Ukraine. But a person familiar with the situation said Musk talked to multiple senior administration officials, including with Trump, before imposing the new speed cap, which Ukrainian officials said had allowed Russian missiles to evade their defenses.

On Wednesday, Secretary of State Marco Rubio said the administration didn’t make any request for a throttling of Starlink. “There was no foreknowledge,” he told reporters during a visit to India.

The slowdown, which began on Oct. 14, followed several announcements and statements by the Trump administration that Ukrainian officials saw as hostile to Ukraine, including criticism of Zelensky from Trump and Musk. That led Kyiv to immediately suspect the order came either from the president or the world’s richest man.

The episode has spiked U.S.-Ukraine tensions to their highest level since Trump berated Zelensky in the Oval Office last year. But it has also highlighted the singular influence of Musk over the war, as Starlink provides a lifeline for Ukrainian forces on the front lines attacking Russian troops and defending themselves from strikes. With a seeming flick of a switch, Musk has the power to alter the course of a deadly conflict.

Michael Kofman, an expert on the war at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace in Washington, said, “Ukrainian forces continue to be throttled in their ability to employ strike drones and interceptor drones to 160 kilometers [99 miles] per hour, but the current connection is below 130 kilometers per hour, and the limits continue to hamper Ukrainian strike operations and air defenses.”
>>
Ukraine’s top diplomat in Washington, Denys Sienik, said Tuesday that Ukraine was still “waiting for the official response from contacts with the Pentagon and SpaceX at the leaders level to understand what has happened, but also to understand whether the connection has been restored or will be restored.”

SpaceX didn’t respond to a request for comment.

Zelensky also has accused the Trump administration of temporarily cutting intelligence support that helped Ukraine’s forces to track Russian missile launches and strike deep into its enemy’s territory. But Trump and others denied that happened, with Rubio telling reporters Tuesday that such claims are “not true.” Rubio, who earlier in the day spoke with Zelensky on the phone, later acknowledged “there’s no doubt” about rising tensions between Washington and Kyiv.

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth said Tuesday that “we haven’t pulled anything back,” but “Starlink has the option to make decisions concerning its terms of service.” He told reporters in Eau Claire, Wis.,: “We haven’t made any directives or anything like that.”

Zelensky traveled to Norway on Tuesday for discussions with Trump envoy Steve Witkoff and two other leaders about ending the war.

Trump and Musk’s animosity toward Zelensky has grown in recent weeks, as the president looks to lower diesel prices ahead of November’s midterm elections. While Trump blames Ukraine’s attack on Russia’s energy facilities for the elevated prices, most analysts say the Iran war has had a greater impact.
>>
On Oct. 10, just days before Starlink speeds slowed, Trump said he told Zelensky, “‘You can do whatever you want to Russia, but don’t hit the refineries because that’s a world problem.’ And what does he do? He goes and hits the diesel fuel. He better damn well stop.”

Musk responded to a White House video of those remarks on Tiwtter: “Zelensky has gone too far.” Four days later, Ukrainian drone operators reported that they were losing unrestricted access to the Starlink network for unexplained reasons, leading to the urgent requests from Kyiv for an explanation.

---

It's clear musk did because Ukraine was taking down Russian data centers that hosted russian bots that were meddling in the mid terms and that he and trump were relying on to steal the election for them.
>>
Old news at this point, but I wonder how the ESL shill is going to spin this around and make being Pro Russian is also Pro MAGA.
>>
>>1544183
>being Pro Russian is also Pro MAGA.
But that's always been the case given trump conspired with the russians all the way back in 2016.
>>
>>1544194
Yeah bbbuuuttt what is the official narrative that Russian dick sucking is something a true American would do. Liggers are retards for hating in Russia etc.
>>
>>1544183
>>1544194
>>1544197
Stop breaking ceasefires and striking refineries, jewlensky. You were warned multiple times about joining NATO and now you will never have your 1991 borders back
>>
>>1544199
Fuck you, zigger.
>>
I'd rather be Russian than a Democrat. Anyone would.
>>
>>1544179
Yeah.

Reminding Ukraine of just who it is that calls the shots is necessary every now and then.
>>
>>1544204
Yeah, just ask Arend Feenstra.
>>
>>1544199
When did Ukraine join NATO?
>>
>>1544204
>>1544205
Putin is a little bitch. Any gay man could easily beat him up.
>>
no
>>
It's treason, then.
>>
>>1544224
Elon Musk isn’t a US Citizen so how would that be treason to this country?!?
>>
>>1544228
So he's not a citizen? So he's a foreign national? So it is illegal for him to make campaign donations, like the 158 million he's spent in Texas ahead of the midterms?
>>
>>1544199
Stop being a war criminal putin
>>
80% chance the story is completely fabricated.
>>
>>1544179
Did Zelensky say "Thank you" to Elon Musk for the free starlink internet?
Did he say THANK YOU ONE TIME?
ONCE?
>>
>>1544229
If it is legal for George Soros to spend hundreds of millions on lobbying and politics, what makes it illegal for Elon Musk to do the same thing?
>>
>>1544256
if you're a shill faggot, what makes it illegal for ukraine to drone strike you
>>
>>1544256
>whataboutism
George Soros is US citizen.
So is Elon Musk, btw. Thing is some right wing retard just said:
>Elon Musk isn’t a US Citizen so how would that be treason to this country?!?
So if you want to move the goalpost to a discussion about money in politics, we can do that, but first you need to acknowledge you're a fucking moron arguing against a false premise, because that's all right wing retards can do.
>>
>>1544281
So they're both US citizens and both can spend money as per Citizens United. Thanks.
>>
>>1544281
nta but I will point out Musk's citizenship was kinda illegally obtained. Doubt it'll matter today but point is he got here on a scholarship and then immediately left school.
>>
Wow, the /pol/ppets REALLY want to slide this
>>
This is trump throwing musk under the bus or they’re both implicated
>>
>>1544340
Slide what? A guy moved satellites he owns around. Ukraine was inconvenienced for a couple of hours. Wow. No one cares.
>>
>>1544364
>no one cares
And there it is, the final /pol/ppet cope.
>>
>>1544374
A billionaire inconvenienced a jew halfway across the world and you're seething.
>>
>>1544375

/pol/ in a nutshell
>>

You're coping because no one is interested in your thread.

Musk is already freaking out that he's going to be rightfully investigated assuming he doesn't hack the upcoming election with starlink like he did to rig the election for trump in 2024.
>>
>>1544416

For what? Having an opinion?

Yes
There's a simple solution for Musk: stop having wrong opinions
>>

>InVeStIgAtEd FoR wHaT?

Wouldn't Elon have immunity?
• Qualified Immunity: Protects government officials, police officers, and school administrators from liability unless they violate clearly established statutory or constitutional rights.
• Absolute Immunity: Completely shields judges, prosecutors, and legislators from lawsuits regarding actions taken within their official duties.
• Sovereign Immunity: Prevents the government itself, and often its employees acting in official capacities, from being sued without its consent.
Generally speaking if you're doing work for the government, you can't be sued for doing your job. A judge can't be sentenced to jail for sentencing someone else to jail. A soldier can't be sentenced to murder for killing an enemy soldier on the battlefield. And someone who's job it is to cut government spending and making the government more efficient can't be prosecuted for cutting funding
>>
>And someone who's job it is to cut government spending and making the government more efficient can't be prosecuted for cutting funding
...but only for the length of the administration which appointed that so-called 'someone' that fucked up big time.
When the old adminifrustration is out of the White House and replaced with one with 'D' after their name, what's to stop them from doing exactly what they like in terms of legal action to that now former 'someone'? Why shouldn't that new administration basically financially & politically destroy that 'someone' for the crime of choosing the wrong side?
>>
>>1544449
Don't care, I'm not a legal scholar, and my ego isn't so fragile I have to look up esoteric legal terminology and pretend I understand it.
Considering he didn't actually make the government more efficient and a ton of what the toddlers he hired did had to be reversed, I'd say it's tough to argue he's being prosecuted for doing his job, but I'll leave that to the courts.
>>
>>1544460
Has that been done before?
The Iraq War was unpopular. Did Obama prosecute Generals for waging a war in the middle east when the old Bush adminifrustration is out of the White House?
Did the Obama administration basically financially & politically destroy that 'someone' for the crime of choosing the wrong side by encouraging fighting in the Middle East?
>>
>>1544461
It's not an esoteric term. Qualified immunity was constantly in the news during the summers of Black Lives Matter, as Social Justice Activists advocated for an end to qualified immunity for police officers. The question of Sovereign Immunity repeatedly came up during Trump's 2 impeachments
>>
>>1544461
1544463 1544465 has a fragile ego, and needs to defend something that doesn't even know of 1544463 1544465's existence, so why should that 'someone' care about that on a backwater part of the internet?
And why should anyone care about what happens to that 'someone' when a new administration completely different to the previous one gets their revenge on that which fucked up things big time, to the extent that it needs to be politically & financially destroyed? If that 'someone' was reduced to being a pauper and a pariah, I wouldn't lose any sleep over it. I don't care, so why should 1544463 1544465? Why should anyone care about what happens to that 'someone'? That 'someone' chose... poorly. It needs to be punished. May that 'someone' live in interesting times after the midterms along with all those who chose... poorly.
As opposed to all those who initially did, yet since them have realized their mistake. Since then have voted for those without 'R' after their names since late 2025. Republicans Against Trump in 2020 are still active today.. Those Republican voters who admitted their initial mistake and stopped having wrong opinions have been forgiven of their sins since elections after late 2025, and their now superior mindsets & attitudes continuing in the midterms & late 2028, thus an administration in early 2029 that doesn't have a 'R' after their names. Those former MAGA Republican voters have chosen... wisely.
>>
>>1544465
>It's not an esoteric term.
You don't know what esoteric means, and there were 3 terms being discussed, you only covered two esoteric legal terms.
>>
>>1544437
>God you people are fucking dumb.
Weird that you're avoiding the question

Turdie literally cannot comprehend Western culture.

I wonder why he'd be worried.

And that's just 1544481.
>the abuse of state power to punish
And that's also Russia, so there's the turdie defending eastern culture.
The duality of the hypocrite.

I'm not avoiding the question you smoothe-brained faggot, it was literally answered in the post you responded to, you're just too much of a fucking moron to connect the dots.

"Musk is already freaking out that he's going to be rightfully investigated assuming he doesn't hack the upcoming election with starlink like he did to rig the election for trump in 2024."
So being investigated for rigging the election with Starlink?
Sounds great. I expect as much progress as Trump's investigation into the rigging of the 2020 election
>>
>>1544696
No you stupid and apparently illiterate faggot, it's over doge. He's worried over doge, like it says in the article. Why the fuck are you quoting an unrelated comment, and how many times do you need to be told it's in the article? I guess you always have to tell a stupid bitch at least twice. Maybe have your daddy read it to you after you finish licking your shit of his cock.
