cool idea and stellantis finally has balls again, but pricing will make or break thiswhat are people thinking the entry point will be?
Your ass

>just rip off the mods mexicans do and make it oemdodge sure knows their business
>>28955193they're actually trying to break into the mexican market, which has historically been dominated by GM and Ford
as expected incels and low test queers will hate it and bitch and moan until their estrogen runs out (it won't)
>>28955187mine specifically, or anybody's? can I get ass surgery to buy a pair?
>>28955193>>28955195god corporations are fucking evil for pandering to these subhumans
>>28955185It is pretty cool. Dedicated muscle trucks
>>28955215better than pandering to wiggers with 3 feet of factory ground clearance and misaligned headlights for some retard to drive to dollar general 3x a week
>>28955185Good idea. Now all they have to do is overcome the "these trucks are fucking garbage" reputation and the world is their oyster.
I always wondered why Ford never did this. Only just this year have they finally made a factory "street truck" but it's not available with the 3.5 or the 5.2. It's also like a 10k option for basically a reverse level and exhaust
>>28955185Stellantis makes its money by selling a bajillion small cars to Europeans, their tax budget lets them make Ferraris and Maseratis without giving a shit about emissions, re-introducing Hemi was nothing compared to the cost Chrysler was paying for them.Time to have a bit of fun.
The 392 version kicks so much fucking ass….too bad its a stellantis product and they’re going to want 80+ grand for the base model 392.
>>2895518587,500
>>28955712The FP700 package is a supercharger and tune for your 5.0 coyote. Dealer installed, $10k plus labor, covered under your factory warranty
>>28955185unpop 'pinion: all pickups should have car height clearance except for special edition ones99% of pickups will never see gravel let alone offroad.lower pickups make a lot more sense from a purely utilitarian standpoint. they look better too
>>28955712Sports trucks have never sold well. Ford had the SVT Lightning and nobody bought it. The Ranchero and ElCamino were purpose built sport trucks and nobody bought them. It's too niche of a market. If somebody wants a sports truck it's pretty easy to achieve with a cheap poverty spec single cab, a supercharger and a lowering kit.
>>28955187
hellram when
Give it a 3rd pedal (they won't) and don't price it outrageously (they will) and I'll be first in line (I wish)
Why is the front so fucking ugly?
>>28955933They don't sell well but it's also basically free to rnd. The engines already exist, all youre doing is, like the lobo and rumblebee, designing a new bumper and lowering it. In fords case the work is already done just offer the engines
>>28955185May as well be making threads about kia crossovers, faggot.
You just know severe crashes are going to skyrocket when the 3.0tt trucks start trickling down into the used market
Are europoors jealous of our muscle trucks? I would never have a practical reason to buy a rumble bee srt, but a 777hp American pickup truck is peak freedom and I don't care what anyone says.
>>28955712The American male is too chudded out he has to drive a pseudo-military vehicle carry a black rubber pistol festooned with tactical gadgets The era of nickel finish and cool trucks over
I've always struggled with understanding the point of the street truck. You pay a bunch of money for the truck and take away everything that makes it a truck to make it more like a car but then it's still a big heavy truck. The SRT will undoubtedly be over 100k and they're saying it will be a 11.6s quarter which is nearly a full second slower than a charger hellcat, barely faster than a mustang gt. Of course I'm aware being AWD means it will perform more consistently in real street conditions compared to the rwd cars but also that's a lot of money to spend to win one specific race. "But it's still a truck" with no ground clearance and low profile tires and lowered suspension so it can't do any truck stuff
>>28956642>it can't do any truck stuffwhy couldn't it carry bulky shit around without getting the inside muddy? you know, 99.9% of stuff demanded from trucks bought outside of a fleet
>>28956676Technically nothing other than the reduced payload capacity from all of the modifications. I have a hard time imagining the person who wishes they could just get a hellcat but is like "aw i just love gardening so much i need to haul around bags of mulch and potting soil or otherwise put bulky yet lightweight and also dirty or stinky stuff in my car". It's not really the same situation as the escape/maverick crossshoppers
>>28956740all they have to do is convince someone who was already going to buy a truck to buy theirs instead because it's more fun or because they can park it in their garage without hitting the door track. it doesn't need it's own new customer profile, just to have one thing that existing customer profiles like better
