what does 1000+ whp feel like?
Wouldn't you like to know, commuter boy?
salty milk and coins
>>28955932I've been in a 800 horsepower C4 Corvette.The acceleration is mind boggling.It almost hurts
>>28955932Pointless.My own personal ride is 592hp and it spins the wheels grabbing 3rd gear.I had a really cool job at Las Vegas Exotics so I've driven most of the grail cars you can think of.>pay us $499 to drive an Aventador for 90 seconds around the cones in this parking lot.Everybody talks shot about electronic nannies but you cant do anything without them.Except die.
Like a fat cock in the pooper
>>28955932launching in a plaid is terrifying as passenger and slightly less so as the driver
>>28955932Like you have the power of God and anime on your side
Ive been in a model S plaid. The closest thing was feeling like your going down a rollcoaster.
>>28956050Do 0-60 in 3 seconds on a bike.Completely different experience that will make you religious.
>>28955932fast and also don't let your boss see you pass him on the freeway outside your also car related job at 160+
>>28956071not really
>>28956071I got to try an R1 once, it's completely bonkers, it does 0-60 in 2.5s and the top of first gear is like 90mph, powerband doesn't really start coming on until 7k rpm which is like 45mph and then it takes off like nothing other. 0-100mph in less time than most cars get to 60, it's so absurd. 200hp @ 450lbs. My own bike is a "slow" 1100cc compared to that bike. Bikes are just crazy, I love em. >A good woman is like a good bike, she needs to be a bit scary to be exciting
>inb4 all these redditors and boyracers say its pointlessstop larping as le soulful skilful driver and get an AWD car with 1000hp and its a different story
>>28956071Riding a motorcycle is special by default, and it makes me sad to know there's people that are born, live, and die without getting to experience it. But sportbikes stand tall above the rest in delivering sensation. Anyone who's ridden a 600 or bigger sooner or later arrives at a very specific decision, somewhere around 120 mph. Top gear, chin on the tank, throttle on the stop. You suddenly become aware that you are traveling way, way, WAY faster than God or genetics could have possibly prepared your body to go. If something goes wrong, there's a solid chance you will die. You can make the rational, reasonable, responsible, and completely understandable decision to roll off the gas. And there's not a speck of shame in it: the world needs people like that. Or you can hold the throttle open, watch the lines start to stream together, listen to the engine and wind shout with everything they've got, and truly know what it means to feel alive.
>>28956018>>28956050Ive ridden shotgun for a Plaid launch. Say what you will about Teslas, the S Plaid is insane to experience on a prepped surface drag strip.
>>28955932Neck snapping thrust
>>28955932Not that different from 300hp, pick related is 800hp on the track w/ instantaneous torque out of corners and a long straight where you can floor it to 160mph if you exit the corner right>>28956050Plaid felt fast at the time because I haven't driven Mustang GTs at that point. When you are going to a 1000hp from a GT or a lighter car with 300hp that has the same 0-60, the 1-3 second difference to 60 doesn't feel like much. You guys build it up like it's magical, but it's really not.Braking diff feels like more of a diff than the acceleration diff.Going from a fast <100k car to a super car feels like going from a normal car to a GT/CTR/Z/Supra basically.
