The Dark Horse is really and truly a travesty. The only reason they're not using the Shelby monikers anymore was because they had to pay a $850 licensing fee per car. They threw away 60 years of heritage and prestige to save $850. Now the "Dark Horse SC", which is a really great name that will surely catch on and become very popular and successful, has literally zero engineering over the old GT500, just the same drivetrain in the same chassis with the same suspension, and it's starting price is 25k more which is more than a GT500 was even with the carbon fiber track package
