As a city dweller, just having a garage is the dream. Insulation, heat, electricity, and water are all bonuses. Retarded of me to live where I am and expect to find indoor parking >$200CAD/month. I'm keeping my eyes out for storage units within an hour drive that might give me the space to work on my car.
Dream would be a massive underground concrete bunker with dehumidifiers and pumps and air handling system to keep fresh air flowing.from the surface. Imagine how cool and shady it would be in the summer! Of course it would need to be built into the side of a hill or have some huge elevator system to get heavy equipment and vehicles in and out. Split into 4 different areas sealed off from each other. Metal fabrication in one, machining and clean work in another, automotive and body work in a 3rd and wood working in a 4th. Possibly a slave included with it to perform maintenance and cleaning.and wrench fetching tasks...But yeah I'll probably have to stick with the current farm shop.
