Modern digital TBI should be a thing. Carbs get good fuel atomization but practically never produce a perfect mix ratio. Also fuel spray upstream of pcv oil outlet would solve all intake carbon problems

carb cheater is your friend here. uses an intake air control valve to meter the air trims to whatever target RPMs or AFRs you set it to during idle, cruise and power modes. can also configure what vacuum is idle and cruise etc.
