Can 16 inch wheels look good on it? I hate super thin tires so it would be somewhat of beef + 16 inch for me but I'd love to see examples especially if you have 16 on yours.

I think that's correct.
Mine came with pic related and they disgust me to the point where I'm actively looking for black steelies to replace them for be time being

How do you mean it you you "can 16 inch wheels look good"?
My dad drives Golf 6 and that's standard setting. Golf 7 isn't that much differen't. It's how it is supposed to look. 17" is sporty and works if you have the engine for it, anything bigger looks retarded. 15" on a Golf 7 would look half retarded but is worth it if you want a smooth ride and doesn't mind come of as a senior citizen. 16" is the sweet spot for Golf imo

>you looked at the posts and potentially even read them

>you even looked through your folder for a fitting reaction gif

Those free wheel configuration are bullshit. 20" will look even goofier and I doubt it is even possible. I had this ad in my feed a while ago, some dude wanted to sell hid 19" currently on a Golf or trade them for 18" same bolt pattern. Dude wanted big wheels and low profile tires but found out it's not possible put them on Golf. 17" top I say, if you got the engine

16 inch wheels looks fine on literally anything but a monster truck
If you think the wheels look good thats all that matters
>>
>>28973615
18 inch are totally fine on a VII.
20 are kinda possible but pants on head retarded. 19 are normal level retarded.

Honestly, I think that looks cool. It reminds me of a rally car. Thin tires and huge rims come off as insecure and tryhard.
These do look a bit small in relation to the large headlights, but you're going to run into these aesthetic mismatches in almost any modern car you put small rims on.
>>
>>28973028
205/55 R16 is basically the standard tire for a practical compact car. 17 is ok-ish, anything more is ridiculous.
