does it come in manual.
>>
>>28980879
There's plenty of Suzuki's you could choose from.
>>
>>28980929
they're all front wheel drive besides the jeep clone you posted so not really. I don't know why people think front wheel drive is some unique experience that every automaker hasn't shat out a million examples of by now.
>>
Aside from >>28980903 these are all terrible examples. Get some taste europeons.
>>
>>28980934
FWD packages better in a smol car.
>>
>>28980935
the alpine would be a good example if it actually came in manual, but given that it is made exclusively for the european market, of course it is auto-only. but It is still the best example posted out of everything else in this embarrassing thread.
>>
>>28980936
it's also slop that americans can easily find on any street corner.

we can buy front wheel drive, though. can you buy a cheap RWD V8 with a manual?

So far the only car ITT that's actually worth owning
>>
>>28980969
yes
>>
>>28980968
shame. if the alpine was made for the american market it would've came with a manual option.
>>
>>28980973
so post a RWD V8 with a manual for 40k or less brand new.

To be fair, most hyundai/kia cars end up with a fire related recall. It's just part of the korean car experience. Those designers just love fire.

>kia picanto recall
The recall is a week old. no fires reported. The fuel return line can rub on a sensor causing wear to the line. Separate ignition source is required for the fuel to ignite. Fake news.

Mazda2 is one of the better small cars. Non turbo 1.5 liter, 6-speed manual or auto (no CVT). A nice driving and handling modern hatch.

We got the 1 series coupe and convertible, it's the 3 and 5 door hatches we missed out on. Shame because I might actually put up with the bullshit of keeping an old BMW on the road if we did because we are sorely lacking in the RWD manual hatchback/wagon department here. Maybe someone will start Left Hand Utes-ing E81 bodies onto E82s here.

Imho "shit the burgers really aren't missing out on" would have made for a more interesting thread
Like how about a Honda Fit, but it's cramped, rides like shit and, thanks to various engineering and packaging quirks, is a pain in the ass to keep running

>>28981841
The 130i was made in '04 to '07, might as well wait a little more

isn't that what europeans do in order to afford an imported corvette when americans can buy new european cars cheaper than europeans can?

Daihatsu Copen is a little bundle of fun.
>>28981460
It's a potential fuel leak related recall. There is no fire risk without a separate ignition source.
>>
>>28980879
I don't think we're on the same page with our definition of "cool".
>>
>>28982077
was my first car. had a 2003.
genuinely great little car. a lot of fun to drive, especially on tight country roads. rev the tits off it, handled like a go kart.
eventually stacked it into a stone wall, entirely my own fault.

The only cars worth mentioning were the nu-A110 and the TVR Cerbera and even then, the former is auto-only and the latter is a fine product of Bri'ish shed engineering.
>>
>>28983003

Need to get your eyes checked, or move out of your 3rd world shithole.

it's the third world shitholes who think front wheel drive is cool.

As an American I always assumed we'd eventually be able to import some neat, cheap aussie stuff like VL Turbo Commos so we can slap a dose pipe on and rip some hektik skidz with them.
It seems the bogans all did that however, because they seem to now be unobtanium priced plus the only imports Americans seem to be obsessed with are Japanese so there's basically no framework for (easily and affordably) importing an Australian car.
>>28981417
>>28981506
It'll take until 2030 but I guarantee you'll see some of these stateside by then. There's a small handful of '90s GTVs and Spiders I've seen pop up for sale from time to time, too, so the fans are there. I doubt you'd see anyone import something like a 147 hatch or 166 sedan however.
>>
>>28982924
i bet it was a blast its a shame america wants to own tanks and not fun cars
>>
>>28983296
yea, guess we'll have to stick to our RWD while europe gets all the FWD goodness. I personally don't think understeer is fun, but that's just me.
>>
>>28982077
I actually saw a first gen Ka for sale on marketplace a while ago
Of all the things to import and bring to the Midwest
