Surely manufacturers would rake in money if all part diagrams and numbers with prices were available to everyone, as anyone can just purchase the OEM Part direct instead? This is especially useful for bolts when replacing rusted out bolts

AFAIK only JLR allow this for their cars

Modern cars are just parts bin specials. There aren't many OEM parts. It's not like they're making their own nuts and bolts. Just figure out the size and buy a new one at the hardware store. Why get fucked with dealership pricing?
