Everything was great in Hungary. The previous transport minister hated average speed cameras. He believed it was a Hungarian's right to speed. The existing laws already explicitly specify not to ticket until someone is 20 kmh over the limit (130 kmh) on the highway unless there are special circumstances. He had a plan to increase the speed limit from 130 to somewhere between 140-150 and eliminate bike lanes in cities. Unfortunately, there was an election, and the new government is comprised of compradors, cuckholds, and twinks who lube up and bend over for western european dick.
